Amount
Total price for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and 1-year comprehensive onsite warranty for Liquid Nitrogen System. This will be taken as L1 for award of tender and be inclusive of all taxes, installation charges and other miscellaneous charges
AMC charges to be quoted for 5 years (2 preventive and 1 breakdown/corrective AMC per year) beyond comprehensive onsite warranty of 1 year

1.Comprehensive AMC with spares will be issued only after the successful completion of all the contractual obligations of the warranty and will be at the discretion of the A&N administration.
2. The Authorized distributors/Accredited Indian Agents/sole selling agents must submit an undertaking from OEM for ensuring the warranty and comprehensive AMC through its authorized agents at the prices quoted specifically for this tender.
Payment terms:
1. 50% upon completion of first maintenance work executed (whether preventive or corrective maintenance in nature) within 20 days from the date of rendering of services and claiming the invoice.
2.Balance 50% upon completion of second maintenance work executed (whether preventive or corrective maintenance in nature) within 20 days from the date of rendering of services and claiming the invoice.
