Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam road surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm depth exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm removing unservicealbe material to a distance exc 50 mtr but not exc 100 mtr and deposited complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1(90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of unsurface water bound macadam (WBM) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer10 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen on existing newly laid WBM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 any penetration content @4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and rolled to uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm average) complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to pot holes of depth not exceeding 30mm and area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in roads path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes n exc 30 mm using paving bituman complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing existing old black top road surfce by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer 5 Kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen on existing black top surface, BM laid area & Pot hole covered area complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for semi dense bituminous concrete carpet 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness ) using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder not less than 5.5 % by weight of total mix (The exact quantity of binder shall be determinated by design mix by marshal method) including loadig of aggregate in hot mix plant 20 to 40 TPH transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with mechanical paver 30 to 40 TPH to the required level and gradient rolling with tanden road roller as specified and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 2.5 mm thick hot applied thermo plastic compound including reflector rising glass beads @ 250 gm per Sqm area as per IRC 35 including levelling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc complete all as specified and directed as per MORTH specification 803 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of dual directional reflective cat eye with two stand of impact resistant plastic 100x80x15mm ultra violet resistant yellow colour having micro prismatic/cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with 2 steel zinc plated 12 x 120 mm nails + epoxy/ bitumen adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ABS speed breaker/Rubber as per manufacturers instructions Model No.length 500mm,width 380mm,height 50mm all as specified and directed.

S&F 600mm dia Convex mirror with 50mm dia MS Pipe post (1.5m above GL ) including excavation of post hole and PCC 1:3:6 in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of floor painting to cement tile floor with tile guard all as speicified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted concrete surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
