Supply and Errection of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including one coat one primer , one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work and PCC for poles will be paid and measured separetely.

Material and Labour for HT 33KV outdoor type air break switch, Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame on horizontal mounting fixed type, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps including drop out fuze unit , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp,33000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Disc type insulator, polymer, assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 33000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for HT 33KV Pin type insulator, polymer type 33000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 2 bolt gripper for connecting and tightnening of conductor and jumpers omplete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and draw Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced on over head lines including jumpering and fastening of conductor with insulator by using new annealed aluminium binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts,washers,welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600mmX600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground/ earth pit not less than 2.25M below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI earthing strip protected by GI pipe i.e. light grade 40mm dia all as shown in electric plate No.5 of MES SSR Part I connected to earthing test point, testing complete including necessary earth pit PCC 1: 3: 6 chamber and 50mm thick PCC 1 : 2: 4 chamber cover and with 6mm dia mild steel re-enforcement of 10Cm C/L spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover refilling of soil etc complete Earthing system etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 20 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete. Earth strip up to 7.5m length is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and fixing of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in soft disintegrated rock omplete all specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soft disintegrated rock incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soft disintegrated rock material to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 mix ,type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete in 1:3:6 mix,type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping for poles including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 mix,type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping for poles including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing,commissioning and testing of submersible pump set of single phase HP 2/1.5 KW for bore well type of suction & delivery pipe of size 50 mm, Head range 9-21 mtr of discharge 475-130 LPM complete all as specified and directed Make: Crompton/Havells/Kirloskaror or equivalent approved by GE. Note:- Suction& delivery pipe will be measured & paid seperatly

Supply and fix DOL (Heavy Duty) stater of capacity 2 HP 1 Phase for submersible pump set of relay range 9-13 Amps including single phase preventer complete all as specified and directed Make : L&T/Havells/schneider/HPL

Supply and laying of HDPE pipes 50mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches as coloumn pipe and delivery connection including fitting like Tee, Bend, Socket, Elbow, Short pieces connectors, plugs, and unions and clamps etc, complete all as specified and directed.

supply and fix Flat submersible wire with bare bunched for 2 HP motor of 3 Core size 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor 1100 volts PVC insulated complete all as specified and directed.
