Earthwork narrow excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, watered, well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m, clearing and leveling the site etc., complete as directed by the federation officers and as per standard specification.

Supply and filling with M sand for foundation and basement to required thickness and in layers of not more than 15cm thick, watered, well rammed and consolidated etc.., complete as directed by the Federation Officers and as per standard specifications

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 [one part cement, five parts sand and ten parts aggregate]using 40 mm size hard granite broken stones for foundation including de-watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick for flooring including rendering the top surface rough to take floor finish etc., and including side shuttering if required and compaction, curing etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specification.

Supply and filling with gravel for basement to required thickness and in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, watered, well rammed and consolidated etc., complete as directed by the Federation Officers and as per standard specifications.

Supplying , erection and steel centering for all RCC works using M.S Sheet, M.S. angles casurina props C.W.joints for all type of RCC works (ie) beams, roof slab, lintel, column footing, column & roof beam etc., including necessary supports with all cross bracing, filling the slits and holes the reprieved materials should be taken by the contractor and side shuttering etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one part cement and five parts sand) using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" to line, level and to plumb on one face including necessary scaffolding, racking out joints, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification.For Foundation and Basement

Finishing the top of floor with Ellis pattern 1st sort 25mm thick etc.,complete. Complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and Three sand), 12mm thick in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supplying and Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved color over one coat of priming coat including priming coat and also make good of the surface with sand paper, putty, scaffolding etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats of new iron work using ready mixed anti corrosive synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers. (such as steel door , grill, M.S Channel & angle etc.,)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing inposition Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish fixed ventilator of size 1.80mx0.60m in all floors with Aluminium section of Outer frame: 24x33x3mm @0.546kg/m,Centre mullion :[email protected] kg/m,Alu. Clips: 17.27x17.15x1.40mm @0.175kg/m and with necessary accessaries such as rubber beading and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials, labours, power consumptions required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column, slab, masonry walls wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and work good to be original condition after fixing and also as directed.All the Aluminium section are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled conditions in accordance with IS 1868/1962 for an average anodic film thickness of 15 microns etc. complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing inposition of gear operated type rolling shutter with necessary cutting, welding and fixing with bolt and nuts etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Powder coated G.I roofing sheet of 0.47mm thick with necessary bolts, nuts and washers, metal screws etc. complete with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS Truss/Angle for Roofing as per design given including cost of steel, anchor, soffit, bolt & nut in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of 110mm dia PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the center of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying sand gravel mix (1:1) at the rate of 0.62 cu.m of filling sand and 0.66 cu .m of gravel to consolidated 1hide of 150mm designed to attain a CBR value of not less than 20 including cost and conveyance of sand gravel from approved sources to work site and stacking them to the departmental gauge for premeasurement including labour charges labour charges for power roller watering and all other tools and plants employed including all other incidental charges etc., complete (For road works)

RCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm metal excluding cost of reinforcement grills and for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Providing expansion of joint using hot bitumen pad 15mm thick including labour chargers etc completed as directed by the departmental officers

Eletrical: Wiring with 2x1.5Sqmm. (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall & ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch Box and 1 No. 5A one way SP 1 Module switch in flush with wall for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point/Fan (For Electronic Regulator.) etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Wiring with of 2 of 4sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed cu. conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on conceled & ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire with paiting suitable. etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supplying and Fixing of 20A /3 pin Mc plug with 3 pin Top connection etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supplying and fixing of 5A 3pin top connection etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supplying and fixing of flurosent tube light 18W LED for T8 Fitting (Single Side) etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.
