Taking down chowkat/frame with shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame)

Supply and fix Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms)fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and secured to wall using stainless steel dash fasteners (AISI 304 grade), full body threaded, star headed, self-tapping type, of minimum 10 mm diameter × 150 mm length, conforming to IS 1367 (Part 3)/IS 17675, having pull-out strength not less than 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (edge). Fasteners shall be fixed at spacing not exceeding 500 mm c/c vertically, with minimum 3 fasteners per vertical member.Gaps between frame and brickwork shall be filled with low modulus polyurethane (PU) sealant / high performance silicone sealant conforming to ASTM C920 / IS 14359, applied after cleaning and priming of surfaces, to ensure water tightness, resistance to fungal/microbial growth, UV stability and long-term adhesion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The cost of SS dash fasteners shall be inclusive of quoted rate for the item. (b) WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fix Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge)minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flam of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges grade 316 and necessary Stainless steel screws grade 316 shall be paid separately .)

Material and labour 30mm thick Factory made wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; , supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and directed Note:- Aluminium wire mesh will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for hold fasts, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section 150 mm long, fixed using stainless steel screws of suitable length complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt 300 mm long with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy fixed using stainless steel screws of suitable length complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 100mm size stainless steel butt hinge grade 316, fixed using full body threaded star headed counter sunk stainless steel screws grade 316 of minimum 40mm length, complete all as specified and directed NOTE : cost of screws is deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Supply and fix extruded anodised aluminium alloy, fabricated type handle, 150mm long , fixed using stainless steel screws of suitable length complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring 150mm overall length of cover plate, fixed in floor using stainless steel screws of suitable length complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium wire mesh 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm cut to size and fixed to doors/window shutters and fixed with aluminium wire staples as ordered complete all as specified and directed

Forming jambs etc to openings including cutting toothing properly bonding into old works also fixing jointing and pointing /plastering with CM 1:6 to match with the existing work complete in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs aluminium wire mesh 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm cut to size and fixed to doors/window shutters and fixed with aluminium wire staples as ordered complete all as specified and directed

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Granite (of any type) tiles 18- 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete and including screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4, 20mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed
