Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing the unserviceable material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for (below or above ground level) including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition including removing the unserviceable material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, drains, culverts and walls, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, built in cement mortar including removing the unserviceable material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix/readymix plaster 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, roofs, beams, columns etc in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement over a coat of ultratech seal (or equivalent from approved list of makes) and dry 5 plush as bonding agent (or equivalent from approved list of makes) including necessary formwork safety precaution up to six storey bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polymer modified cement bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete/masonry surface with 1 part of latex with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight. M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on new plastered surfaces including match with with existing surfaces and preparation of new plastered wall surface or old adjoining surfaces complete to bring the surface to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including 3mm thick wall care putty to provide silky smooth finish after preparation of new plastered wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coats of super quality weather proof exterior emulsion paint over & including one coat of primer from the same manufacturer on external walls / ceiling surfaces after preparation of surface by wall care putty on new surface complete all as specified and directed. M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on external wall surface on new plastered or old plastered surface including surface preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel and iron surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

(a) M&L to clean the surface, remove dust, dirt, loose particles and unsound substrate and grading with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick, at junction of slab & parapet, grading with a slope of 1 in 120 mixed with integral water proofing compund as per manufacturer instruction of make:- Dr Fixit or Fosroc or equivalent from approved list of makes as approved by GE. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface including cleaning the surface . (c) Over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm) and 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application, unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm or end overlap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flame technology method as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction as in roof floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 25 cm x 25 cm x 20 mm / 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in roofs, floors over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing, and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 43grade and 2part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions cleaning and removing of waste material etc as directed at site. (All services and work incl internal and external surfaces and members including necessary scaffolding, framed, safety precautions of up to six storey buildings and narrorw toilet shaft.

S&F welded steel wire fabric, n.exc 4 kg weight per sqm, cut to length bent to shape required and fixing with galvanised steel staples or welding supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed base 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Butch stone cladding of size 150 x 600mm and 15 to 20 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting laid over and including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 jointed with grey cement slurry and incl pointing in white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with shade including cutting and polishing complete.

S&F mosaic tiles of size 50x50mm and 5 to 10mm thickness approved coloured and design (Squarer/rectangular) as in floors, walls etc set and jointed in with solution as per approved to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F precast cement concrete louvers and jallies with 1:2:4 type B-0 mix (using 12:5 mm graded stone aggregate) including all mouldings but excluding frame, and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers and jallies, window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section dicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing rebar of required length & diameter with Sika anchor fix R-3+/Mungo/Fischer FISV 390/Hilti RE-500 Epoxy resign where ever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes then rebar shall be inserted in holes that shall be fixed with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacturers recommendation complete as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge of 100 mm deep(minimum), 16 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 12 mm dia reinforcement bars (All services and work, scaffolding, safety precautions including internal and external surfaces and members of six storey building).

Providing and fixing rebar of required length & diameter with Sika anchor fix R-3+/Mungo/Fischer FISV 390/Hilti RE-500 Epoxy resign where ever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes then rebar shall be inserted in holes that shall be fixed with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacturers recommendation complete as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge of 100 mm deep(Minimum), 12 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 08 mm dia reinforcement bars (All services and work, scaffolding, safety precautions including internal and external surfaces and members of six storey building).

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/surplus soil beyond 50 m and up to total distance of 250 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning, flushing of chocked and de-silting of outdoor sewage lines n.exc 300mm internal diameter of any depth upto three meter . The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesel/electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting machines fitted with pump of requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal sites. The sludge deposited in the sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strict supervision complete all as directed. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (c) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deem to include the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc (d) The effective length of pipe for the purpose of payment shall be excluding the length of manhole.

Desludging of existing chocked manholes of depth upto 2.5 m for liquid, solids and slurry material by mechanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 Ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 Ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc outside the MOD land/premises at any distance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including loading, unloading, digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, surring sludge/silt/spoil/mud etc into the pit and spraying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete including taking of the manhole cover for the entire process as above and replacing the manhole cover in its position. Note :- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc alonwith the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal sites. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (d) The unit rate shall deem to include for all material, labour (skilled/unskilled), tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transportation arrangements. (e) The sludge so removed shall include the cost of dewatering also.

Note :- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc alonwith the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal sites. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited.
