1.02	Mobilization & attending the boiler tube leakage / preventive maintenance of pressure parts tubes in boiler but excluding Platen Super Heater area, Divisional Super Heater area, Platen Re Heater area, Finish Reheater area, steam cooled SH spacer tubes and liquid cooled positioning tubes. It includes cutting, welding, fit-up, grinding and replacement of tube of all sizes and thickness involving up-to 10 nos. HP joints. Note:- (i) 3 Nos. Metal Built-ups each having length up-to 100 mm will be considered as one joint and each window type joint will be considered as equivalent to 3 normal joints. (ii) Through inspection for identification of failed tubes & inspection of adjoining area in vicinity of failed tube(s) will be in the scope of work of contractor. To identify and attend the tubes found damaged & eroded tubes due to secondary damage. (i) Minor scaffolding (i.e. up to using 5 nos. jalies for height of 1 mtr from base will be in scope of contractor & no separate payment will be made. (ii) Attending tube leakages in radiant re-heater area from outside of furnace shall also be covered under this head.	14	Each	-	-

HP joints. 3 Nos. Metal Built-ups each having length up-to 100 mm will be considered as one joint and each window type joint will be considered as equivalent to 3 normal joints.	2	Each	-	-
1.06	Attending tube leakages in pent house portions, connecting tubes of all pendant SH and RH panels, radiant roof tubes, any other miscellaneous pipeline as well as removal and re-fixing of hand hole caps of headers	2	Each	-	-
1.07	Radiography of up-to 10 nos. HP joints. Engagement of a qualified Level-II NDT expert who could interpret RT films correctly along with RT source/camera of appropriate strength shall also be in the scope of the contractor.
