Providing tentage facilities/ Arrangement for Jan Kalyan Shivir including the follwing facilities. 1.1 Providing red carpet over floor and curtain over walls of venue for jan kalyan shivir. 1.2 Providing Tower AC facility (1 tower AC per 30sqm) 1.3 Providing Mist Fan (1 mist fan per 30sqm) 1.4 Providing Generator of suitable capacity with Diesel for complete electrical load of all electrical appliances including tower ACs 1.5 Providing adequate number of PA System 1.6 Providing trolley mounted Mobile Toilet (12 nos) 1.7 Providing Table with Cover (1 table for 10 sqm) 1.8 Providing Chair with cover (4 no of chairs for each table) 1.9 Providing Marigold Mala (minimum 20 nos per day) 1.10 Providing Bouquet (minimum 5 nos per day) 1.11 Providing Disposal Glass with Dispenser (1 no water dispenser per 60 sqm) 1.12 Providing Water Bottle 200 no per day (200ml) 1.13 Providing Wifi arrangement in complete shivir campus 1.14 Providing services of attendant (1 no of attendent per 60sqm) 1.15 Providing Flex as per approved design with frame.
