Labour charges for removing grass, thorny shrubs, Jungli shrub, Kubabul and alike grass in central verge & making the platform workable by showel and phavaras etc. complete. (Excluding GST)

Providing unskilled Heavy Labours for removing unheathy soil of 0.60 m depth with old plant roots from Central Verge, shifting of scrap materials, removing/ lifting/ dumping extra large size plants / Trees or dead plants/ trees or unwanted plants, unwanted stuff, branches/garbage, etc in the Central Verge (Excluding GST)

Providing Dumper of 6 cum Capacity with VTS. Dumper for conveying soil, dead plants, stuff/garbage, debris in central verge

Removing of broken/damaged kerb of Central verge of CC road including breaking of plain cement concrete and cleaning the area to fix new kerb. Disposing the excavated material including the damaged/ broken Kerbs outside the MIDC area or in Open spaces as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including all labours and Materials etc. complete. (Excluding GST)

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding / steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.),with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing, erecting pre-cast elements such as cover slabs for drains, grills, kerbs, kerb stone, dividers, manholes, frames, manholes covers, gutters, fence posts grills, rails lintels, sills, bed blocks, steps or any other member or element as per drawings & specifications using RCC grade M-20 including shuttering as may be required, compacting by plate vibrator, curing and finishing the element where required with 1:3 cement mortar, transporting to site and erecting in position grouting with cement mortar 1:3 as may be required and curing etc. all labour and material complete. (Including cost of Steel einforcement) (Rates excluding GST)

Providing and applying two coats of textured synthetic paint of approved shade and quality and one coat of primer before applying textured paint including scaffolding if necessary preparing surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other materials as required, etc. complete.
