Procurement & Installation of Electrical Priming System for satisfactory commissioning

Installation of 20 H.P Centrifugal Pump set (Horizontal Split casing type, size: 150 mm(suction) x 125 mm dia. (delivery) of 60 LPS minimum discharge at 13.00 Mt head coupled with 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM squirrel cage induction motor of complete Pumpset. The job includes necessary transportation of pump set to the site and its installation on C.C. block foundation of Pump House in proper position with accurate alignment by means of foundation nuts and bolts including testing & commissioning at site at full load condition with all works complete as directed.

Fitting, fixing and laying of G.I Pipes with Accessories: Laying, fitting, fixing and connection of suction pipe fine for each pump set with 150nimdia. G.I. pipes ofdifferent length, ideated G.I. pipes with ditTerent length, fabricated bends, tapper including foot valve for suction side. Reflexvalve, sluice valve for delivery side ofeach pump set with 125mm dia. G.I. pipes witii different length, bends, fabricated G.I. pipes mth di&rait lotgth as per drawing. The joints should be with the best quality pipejoining sets of required size comprises of60mm thick black moulded rubb» gasket necessary nuts, bolts and washer. Everyjoint should be leak proofand should be completed in all respect fiom foot valve to the pump flange for suction side and Iran deliveiy flange is the water flow through at proper F.S.L for the delivery side. The pipes lines with accessOTies must be proper painting.

Starter Stand: Supply & Installation ofMS Starter Stand made of MS Angle of size S0mnix5Chmnx5nim including ofprovidence C.C Block Foundation Car installation of staito^ stand along with the required cement concrete works etc. Die work includes painting ofthe starter stand with 1 (one) coat ofred oxide metal primer to be followed by 2(Twd) coats of anticorrosive smoke grey paint to be applied after air drying ofeach previous coat.

Installation of Earth Station including supply of Earth continuity conductor materials, ooction, crmncclion ofEarth Station with G J pipe of40mm dia. x 2Mt long with reducing sodeets, nuts & bolts etc as per I.E Rule, connecting the motor etc by 8 SWG G J wire throng perforated G.I pipe with 12mm dia. holes all over the body ofG.I pipe of standard spacing pointed at bottom end.For earth centinuity conductor required ofsalt, charcoal to be used in the earth station.
