Repairing/Servicing of Iron Removal Water Filter Plant :
Labour charge for opening lids of IRP and taking out all exhaused used filter media etc. from the vessel complete as per direction of engineer-in -charge
Re-charging with filter means like coal sand lying inside the vessel as per gradation wise with required thikness complete as per direction of engineer -in-charge

supplying rapide gravity filter sand having effective size quartz sand,silica sand obtained from barakar river,west bangal as per specification and as per direction of engineer in charge
taking out the exhausted catalyst(MNO2) from Oxidation chamber and filling up the same required quantity of live catalyst(MNO2)
supplying anthracite coal of special grade as per direction of engineer in charge
suppling filter media like gravels having effective size of 5mm to 7.5mm obtained from barakar river,west bangal as per spesification and as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing enclosed type water meter (bulk type) conforming to IS : 2373 and tested by Municipal Board complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (The tail pieces if required will be paid separately) : 80 mm dia nominal bore
supplying fitting and fixing of required nuts bolts of approved sizes.
