SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT: Providing and fixing Sewage Feed Pumps - 13m3/hr. For equalization tank (non-submersible) (1W + 1S) Sewage Treatment Plant Based on FMR/MBBR(MOVING BED BIO REACTOR): Package type Sewage treatment plant based on FMR (Fluidized Media Reactor) (with air diffuser membrane system) with sewage handling capacity of 320 M3/ day. The raw sewage collection sump with bar screen shall be a part of the existing STP. The STP shall be designed Including piping, valves, necessary chemical dosing as required by the manufacturer’s design. The STP shall be designed based on the following parameters : PH --- 6.0-8.5 BOD5 --- 250 -300 ppm COD --- 400-500 ppm TSS --- 150 ppm Oil & Grease --- upto 20 mg/lt E coli --- 106 - 107 MPN/100ml Note: However the plant should be able to perform at lower range of above parameter. The treated sewage shall have the following characteristics : pH --- 6.0-8.5 BOD5 --- less than 10 ppm COD --- less than 50 ppm SS --- less than 5 ppm. Oil & Grease --- less than 10 mg/lt. E coli --- less than 103 (as per WHO standards) The STP shall consist of following units but not limited to these units as may be required by the manufacturer’s design : Bar Screen cum O&G chamber --- for epoxy coated, manually cleaned, MS bar screen having provision for lifting, etc. Exiting Equalization Tank / Sump Pit for housing the pumps. Provision for aeration shall be kept to avoid any smell problems. PVC media including air diffusers at the bottom, sewage distribution header & baffle wall towards the outlet of the reactor. Clarifier suitable for 300 cum/Day fitted with media AT 60 deg. angle of suitable layer height & surface area with baffle wall and a provision for scum removal and launders at outlet etc. Existing Chlorine contact cum filter feed tank with baffles for chlorine mixing and desired minimum vol. as it is also acting as a sump for the filter feed pumps. PVC hypochlorite solution tank (cap. 100 liters.) with dosing pump of suitable capacity adjustable metering type. Sludge Digester cum thickener with provision for aeration and removal of supernanant.(If required) Air diffusion system with 2 nos. twin-type rotatory air blowers. 1 set (1 working + 1 standby) and necessary piping including air dispersion grid for Equilization tank & Aeration Tank. Designing, supervising, providing, fixing and installing STP as mentioned above excluding civil works. Note: All the Civil Works including equipment foundation shall be in the scope of the Owners. The sewerage treatment contractor shall co-ordinate, supervise and get all the inserts installed.

Filter Feed Pumps: Providing and fixing Horizontal centrifugal pumping set for filtration feed pumps and discharging into the treated water tank. The pumps shall have CI casing, Bronze impeller - EN 8 shaft with mechanical rotary shaft seal connected by a flexible tier type coupling to a TEFC induction motor mounted on a common channel base-plate with coupling guard,150 mm dia pressure gauge, GM isolation cock, suitable vibration eliminator, pads of approved design. Motor to be suitable for 400/440 V, 3 Phase, 50 cycles AC power supply. Including all necessary piping, valves and other accessories from STP to filtration units and treated water tanks. Capacity 13m3/h @ 20 m head (1 Working + 1Standby)

Sludge Transfer Pumps( For Suitable FMR/FAB System) Providing and fixing horizontal, centrifugal Sludge lifting pump to transfer sludge from sludge storage tank to sludge disposal tank. The pumps shall have CI casing, impeller - shaft with mechanical rotary shaft seal connected by a flexible tier type coupling to a TEFC induction motor mounted on a common channel base-plate with coupling guard,150 mm dia pressure gauge, GM isolation cock, suitable vibration eliminator, pads of approved design. Motor to be suitable for 400/440 V, 3 Phase, 50 cycles AC power supply. Including all necessary piping, valves and other accessories including piping from pump to outside 20 mtr. (approx.) length of suitable size to unload the slugde into a tanker as instructed by site-in-charge complete in all respect. Capacity 16 m3/hr @ 12m (1+1)

Multi Grade Sand filter/ Dual Media Filter: (Suitable for 320 m3/Day) Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of vertical pressure filter fabricated from MS sheet as per manufacturer’s specifications with MS frontal piping and valves to provide service, backwash and rinsing operations. Complete with initial charge of filter media. Including Anthracite and painting inside with anticorrosive bitumastic paint & with a protective coat of red oxide primer paint outside. Dia-1200 mm HOS-1875 mm Capacity 13000 Ltr/Hr Test Pressure - 5.5kg/cm2

Activated Carbon Filter: ( Suitable for 320 m3/Day) Providing and fixing vertical MS filter using activated carbon of (Iodine value 915) as filter media. The shell shall be fabricated from complete with initial charge of filter media. MS frontal piping, with valve for service, rinse & backwash alongwith other accessories. Including painting inside with anticorrosive bitumastic paint & with a protective coat of red oxide primer paint outside. Dia-1600 mm HOS-2500 mm Test Pressure - 5.5kg/cm2 Capacity - 13000 Ltrs/Hr.
