Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing.

(Pruning/cutting of each branches for each tree will be measured as one job)

Repairs to the existing Aluminium/PVC/Wooden doors/windows by removing and refixing the same after attending necessary repairs etc. with necessary screws, nails ,hinges etc including welding etc wherever required complete to make it working condition (Each door/window irrespective of size will be measured for payment. cost of Hinges, handles and other accessories if any will be paid separately).

Cleaning of Under ground water storage tank or sump or over head tank of any capacity by following method: (1) Empty the tank/sump and make it to near dry, (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly ( tank capacity @ 0.50gms/liter) surface of inside the tank/sump perfectly by removing scales on walls and wait for one hour (3) after one hour clean/rinse at the tank/sump with fresh water ,repeat the above process , (2) and (3) for two to three times , (4) remove the mud/silt/sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump, (5) spraying anti bacteria agents on walls to kill harmful bacteria. Rate includes for all above operations including the equipment and material required for cleaning all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a)Liquid capacity of water tanks of any capacity in litres is measured for payment

Cleaning of existing sewer lines, manholes etc. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer lines and manholes by mobile sewer rodding equipment/manually from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer lines( The payment shall be made for removal of blockages in between manhole to manhole as one job with all above operations.)

Providing and fixing M.S Brackets for wash basin/Sink or required size embedded in cement concrete including cutting and making good walls etc., all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Pair of brackets is measured for payment.

Repairs to pvc flush tank with replacing the lever or handle wherever required including changing the siphon set including cleaning the dirt, scales, adjustment in the flush mechanism etc, complete. Repairing as above for each tank is measured for payment.

Transportation of security shelter of size 1.50X1.50X2.70m from Door Sanchar Bhavan to Staff quarters compound, Banjarahills, by mechanical transport with a lead of 10.0 km including loading, unloading and placing in position on plinth and attending repairs if any, etc all complete and as directed by Engineer -In-Charge.

Lettering the name " Telecom Officers Colony, Banjarahills, Hyd-33" with synthetic enamel paint on MS Structural steel arch over gate of dia 5.50m , 40cm wide , at a height of 6.00m from ground level including painting framework etc all complete as directed by Engineer-In Charge. Rate includes materials, labour , necessary scaffolding/ladder etc

Supply and applying of water proofing coating on concrete surface with Brush Bond RFX of M/S FOSROC INDIA LTD. ,coating in two coats as per the manufacturers specifications, including cleaning the surface with wire brushes , air blower , scaffolding etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Surface area measured for payment)

Providing and fixing PVC pigeon net of aperture 25x25mm to MS grills in balconies with necessary Gig wires at required intervals, to stop entry of pigeons etc all complete as directed by E-I-C

Providing and fixing PVC pigeon spikes with nylon cable zip ties at required interval to MS balcony grills including removing and refixing of existing pigeon net with Gig wires etc all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Attending repairs to arrest seepage from Floor trap/nahni trap in toilets by dismantling 300x300mm size existing tile flooring, lime concrete up to low roof slab i.e. up to a depth of 450mm at trap portion and attending repairs like, fixing of 90mm dia pvc pipe above floor trap to cover the gap between trap and flooring and grouting the sides with cement mortar/slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing with ceramic tile flooring at dismantled portion and making good etc all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge ( Floor trap if provided paid separately )
