Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any sweep and make after disconnecting all electrical connection, detaching the blades, removing fan with blades to workshop, opening and cleaning of fan, segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan complete and testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and provn of replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Rewinding work of armature (if any) shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Replacement of new spare parts with old unserviceable parts other than connector, split pins, connection block and rubber reel and same shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule. (iii) Labour cost for replacement of spare parts shall deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and labour for Rewinding of Ceiling Fan of size 1200mm / 1400mm sweep by shifting to E/M Yard, cutting and removing of old burnt/damaged winding( Al/Cu), cleaning of slots and other parts and rewinding the ceiling fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge with suitable class of insulation, applying varnish, heating, drying, assembling and testing for satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The work is to be carried out in E/M store yard to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Supply only of customized Fan clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm MS flat bent to required shape as per site requirement including drilling holes and fixed with suitable size and number of nuts, bolts & washers etc suitable for fixing down rod including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Fan down rod of suitable size up to one meter long as per site requirement, having suitable holes on top and bottom of rod for inserting bolts and for drawing wires etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No. 10.00 here-in-before but of size above one meter and up to two meters long.

Supply only standard GI fan clamp with rubber bush, bolts, nuts, spring washers & split pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of electronic fan regulator rotary type in 5 steps, 2 module size, 240V, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only fan blade as per existing colour including fixing screws suitable for ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep (any type/ make) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix wall mounted fan, 300 mm, three blade, Adjustable upward and downward tilt mechanism, motor proection with thermal overload protection and auto-resetting, 230V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of fan capacitor 4.0 mfd, 440V suitable for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- This item shall be operated where fan has not been taken down and only capcitore is required to be replaced for serviceability of fan.

Supply only PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 3 core x 0.75 sqmm stranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No. 23 here-in-before but of size 3 core x 1.5 sqmm.

Supply and fix in replacement of Plug top, 3 pin, 16 Amps, single phase, 230 volts.

Supply and fix in replacement of Plug top, 3 pin, 6 Amps, single phase, 230 volts.

Taking down desert coolers of any capacity by disconnecting all the electrical connections, removing side panels, cleaning complete and painting the coolers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint out side and moisture resistance primer inside with spray painting and fixing back the removed panels and reconnecting with electrical connections and writing the MES No complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rewinding of fan motor and spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix in replacement of Submersible water pump 18 watt / 20 watt suitable for working on single phase, 230 Volts, AC, 50Hz power supply suitable for desert coolers of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of following rusted and leakaged body parts of Desert cooler of any capacity as required at site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Water tank made of 22 SWG GI Sheet.

(b) Side legs made of 20 SWG GI Sheet.

(c) Top cover made of 20 SWG GI Sheet.

(d) Front grill with connection strip

(e) Supporting legs with frame and clips incl nuts & bolts of exhaust fan motor.

Supply and fix in replacement of cooler kit suitable for desert cooler comprising of heavy duty fan motor, copper wound, having minimum motor watt 158 watt at full load, 1360/1400 RPM, three speed control with control switch, single phase, 230V, 50Hz with minimum 450mm sweep fan blades for 3000 Cum / Hr air delivery complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: CG/Khaitan/ Marathon

Supply and fix wood wool cooling pads (set of 3 Nos) suitable for the existing evaporative desert coolers of any capacity and model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC hose pipe along with necessary fittings ad PVC distributor suitable for existing model of desert coolers of any capacity and model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Rotary/ piano type switch suitable for existing model of desert coolers of any capacity and model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of float valve, with polythene float and fly nut complete with fixing accessories suitable for desert coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
