The work of erection/extension & repairing of 33 KV/11 KV/LT Lines/Poles and to increase capacity of 25/100 KVA sub-stations by installing 63/250 KVA Transformers and to install additional 63/100 KVA Transformers at various places and to replace damaged VCB panels installed in the 33/11 KV Power Sub-Station and installation of Line Isolators and to replace damaged/old conductors at various places etc. fed from 33/11 KV Sub-Station, BISANDA of EDSD, ATARRA under MUKHYAMANTRI NAGAR SRAJAN YOJANA YEAR 2024-25 under EDD, ATARRA, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;-

Safe cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles.

Safe cartage of 9.0 Mtr. long PCC poles.

Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles.

Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material.

Erection of SP structure on 8.5/9.0/11 Mtr. long PCC/ST poles, including complete 33 KV, H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Erection of DP structure on 8.5/9.0/11 Mtr. long PCC/ST poles, including complete 33 KV, H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Grouting of 8.5/9.0/11 Mtr. long PCC/ST poles as SP/DP structure, including complete 33 KV, H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). All grouting material arranged by tenderer at his own cost.

Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms.

Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing & erection of 11 KV distribution box on single pole as ABC Cable with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel Conductor on the newly erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Dog Conductor on the newly erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of LT PVC Cable of size 1x400 Sq.mm. for connecting to newly erected DP structure as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of LT ABC Cable for connecting to newly erected DP structure as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of 11 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x185 Sq.mm. for looping and to connect with erected SP/DP transformers as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Straightening of tilted support as 8.5/9.0/11 Mtr. Long PCC/ST Pole at various places.

Dismentling & removal of damaged weasel/dog/racoon conductor with its accessories due to old/damage and rolling of conductor and also cartage of old/damaged conductor & scrap line material from work site to store centre/JE(s).

Chopping of Tree Branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during the execution of above work.

Fixing of 11 KV TPMO set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Chemical pipe earthing complete for distribution T/F (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Safe cartage & installation of 63 KVA Transformer on newly/erected double pole with loading and unloading of both sites in proper alignment as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Safe cartage & installation of 100 KVA Transformer on newly/erected double pole with loading and unloading of both sites in proper alignment as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Safe cartage & installation of 250 KVA Transformer on newly/erected double pole with loading and unloading of both sites in proper alignment as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Dismentling and demounting of 100 KVA Transformer from old/erected double pole/plinth with loading and unloading of both sites and also safe cartage of the same from work site to store centre/JE (Store) as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Dismentling and demounting of 25 KVA Transformer from old/erected double pole/plinth with loading and unloading of both sites and also safe cartage of the same from work site to store centre/JE (Store) as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Dismentling of old/damaged VCB Pannels (I/C + O/G) and opening of all connections/earthing points & cartage of the same from Sub-Station 33/11 KV to Store Centre/JE(s), including loading and unloading at both ends.

Safe cartage & installation of new VCB Pannels (I/C 600/300/5A & O/G 200/100/5A, 350 MVA, 24 Volt) with complete fittings from Store Centre/JE(s) to Sub-Station 33/11 KV Bisanda, including loading and unloading at both ends and connections/earthing at both ends.

Safe cartage & installation of 33 KV Line Isolator on structure foundation with loading and unloading of both sites in proper alignment from ESC, Banda to power house as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Making of structure & plinth of standard size for installation of 33 KV Line Isolator with loading and unloading of both sites at power house as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. (All material related to erection of plinth & structure arranged by tenderer at his own cost.)

Construction of new 11/0.4 kV, 250 KVA Transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 M above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer.

Supply and erection/commissioning of 3x185 Sq.mm. 11 KV Cable Jointing Kit (Cable Box) (as per site requirement) for 3x185 Sq.mm. XLPE cable and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply & erection/fixing of Top Channel with Clamp and Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply & erection/fixing of Dropper Channel with Clamp and Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply & erection/fixing of MS Angle Iron 65x65x6 mm. Bracing with 4 Clamp and Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).
