M&L for preparing old steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of aluminum paint.

Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of aluminum red oxide primer.

M&L for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden metal/ aluminium frames, and fixing 3mm thick plain glass, ordinary quality and glazing.

S&F in repairs double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as directed.

Demolition of existing treatment including cement concrete padding of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in padding and in any situation finishing even and fair average thickness 40mm concrete for getting proper slope/coving as specified. (NOTE: PCC shall be done by Mixer machine only.)

M&L drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward / horizontal angle 45 degree at 150 mm center to centre at junction of floor and wall or contact of wood work or similar affected area and treating with ATT emulsion @ 0.5 litre/hole and sealing the same complete all as directed .
