Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 62.5 KVA, water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Darbhanga (Bihar) (Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all de-rating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation( of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:-

(i) ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection ,multi cylinders ,four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 62.5 KVA(50KW) at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Darbhanga ,(Taking all de-rating factor into consideration), , 12/24 Volt(as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete withy fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system(Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc . Make - Kirloskar of model-Koel Green or equivalent in Cummins/Jakson/Ashok Leyland/Greev Cotton.

(ii) Alternator: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 62.5 KVA/50 KW, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. Make - Kirloskar of model-Koel Green or equivalent in Cummins/Jakson/stem ford/Jyoti/NGEF.

(iii) BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications.

(iv) AMF CONTROL PANEL: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted LT Panel board, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 25X25X5 mm, and 1.6 mm thick MS CRCA sheet, front opening type , protection class IP-54, duly powder coated after seven tank process, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of 300 Amps capacity for four poles, with all standard switchgear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of followings:-

(a) MCCB 415 Volts, 315Amp, rating 4 Pole 25 KA rupturing capacity, adjustble type 70% - 100% -2 No with suitable rating HRC back up fuses

(d) Phase indicating lamps(R-Y-B) -1 set

(e) Frequency meter digital type 45 to 55 HZ-1 no

(f) KWH Meter 3 Phase unbalanced load 1200 Amps capacity incl CT Coil -1 Set

(g) All standard relays , circuits and protection required for automatic operation of Gen set

(h) By pass arrangment of suitable cap

(V) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002..

(VI) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M

(VII) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen Set.

(VIII) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 25x4mm, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’

S&F Automatic servo controller Voltage stabilizer 50 kva conformining to BIS 9815 PArt-I 1994 reaffirmed 2009) unbalanced type (indusal phase control), 3 Phase, 50 Hz, naturally oil cooled,copper wound,indoor type with digital disply, relay free smooth and slient oprestional fist filling of tranfamer oil complete, The output voltage range 415+ 1% (Phase to phase) 240 V + 1% (Pghase and Nutral). The following additinoal protection may also be provided:_ (a) Overeload/short circut protections. (b) High/Low Voltage cut off. (c) By pass arrengment in case of emergency. Supply and laying & testing cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sq mm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Nicco/Plaza/Gloster/Havells.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line of 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable and punned as specified in SSR Part - I (2009) completed all as specified and directed. Note:- For payment purpose, only punned depth shall be measured.

Supply and laying of well burnt sub class ‘B’ clay bricks (designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry, in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed.
