Material and labour point wiring for wall mounted/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor ,PVC insulated unsheathed FR cables in and including suitable size PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) , including pressed steel terminal switch boxes , 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with Chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FR PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 6 amps, 230 Volts including connection. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing wall mounted fan of 300 mm sweep jerk free oscillation and smooth running , 220 to 240 Volts, AC , 50 Hz, suitable for movement complete with accessories, 3 Nos polycarbonate blade having areodynamically designed and balanced, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 metre above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for dry river sand, washed and screened dry for cable protection with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 15 cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment

Material and labour for well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 Sqmm , 4 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips as required at site. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

M & L for drawing of 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable and incl ERW conduit duly painted with alluminium paint incl MS clamps fixed with the pole. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing loop in loop out Polycarbonate Junction box in accordance with IEC 60670-22 of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm , suitable for LT cable 10 sqmm with front openable hinged cover and locking arrangements with IP 65 degree of protection, dust proof, water tight, shock proof, fire retardant with internally embedded gasket fitted with heat treated bakelite terminal block and PVC glands for cable entry complete with electrical connection fixed to pole with suitable size FI clamp nut bolts and washer including duty painted with powder coated paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs integral pole mounted decorative Post Top Lantern with 8 Watt LED suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply with diffuser and high powered individual LEDs , constant current driver with in built protection against lightning, over voltage & short circuit, IP 65 protection, pre-wired including earthwork & PCC foundation. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installing, commissioing and testing , window type air conditioner of 2 TR capacity with rotary copper compressor having cooling capacity 5950 Watt. Air conditioner should have Refrigerent R-32/410, 4 way air direction, room temp display, auto fan speed, auto swing, auto restart, exhaust command, smart time gaured and suitable for working on 230 volts, single phase, 50 Hz supply, (3 STAR Rating ) complete including providing required copper piping, insulation etc, cutting of wall, powder coated steel brackets and making good disturbed surface of wall etc and remote operation. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed 5kVA automatic Voltage stabliser automatic boost / buck transformer for low and high voltage with electronic transistorised relay / time relay for two min, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type wall mounted, designed to give output voltage 230V + 2.5% at input range between 170 to 250 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for submain wiring comprising two single core, 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor cable, FR PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including PVC conduit 1mm thickness and fittings on surface complete including 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Note :- Extra length of cables/ wire required for connection to MCB shall not be measured and the rate quoted by contractor for per unit shall be deemed to be included accordingly)

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB C-series, single pole of capacity 32 amps, 240 volts with 10 kA breaking capacity In accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1 including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Single pole and neutral encloser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for drilling of bore of size 150 mm dia upto 180 mtr depth by direct rotary mechanical system for injection well in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulders all as specified. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for reaming of bore well from 200 mm dia to 525 mm dia hole in three steps from 200 mm to 350 mm, 350 mm to 450 mm and 450 mm to 525 upto 60 m depth below the ground level from the top of ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Same as item no. 19 above but in two steps 200mm to 350mm , 350mm to 450mm for depth exceeding 60 mtrs but not exceeding 180 Mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for electric logging of bore well complete incl all tools and fixture required for same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel bail plug assembly suitable for 200 mm bore casing pipe internal threaded with strong iron hook, screwed and welded to casing pipe as per IS 2800 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel reducer suitable for 200x300 mm bore casing pipe fitted to casing pipe as per IS 2800. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying assembling lowering and fixing mild steel ERW casing pipe 300 mm internal dia ISI marked having wall thickness 7.3 mm screwed and socketed in length up to 6 mtr. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing low carbon galvanized (LCG) steel strainer pipe ( slotted pipe )200 mm nominal bore of wall thickness 7.30 mm cage type wire wound screen ‘V’ shaped profile in suitable length having slots of size 0.75 mm width including necessary end coupling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and packing stone gravel of size 2 mm to 4.6 mm all around casing pipe and slotted pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Development of injection well bore with compressed air with diesel engine operated compressor for number of hours till free flow of water in well is obtained and tested for following duration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for yield test for the borewell by continuosly pumping for 10 hours to determine safe pumping yield. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing pressure gauge with isolation cock suitable for a working pressure of zero to 100 Kg/SqCm (Liquid based High Intensity) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L straight plain brass ferrule (or connecting screws) screwed both ends and fixed in position of 20 mm dia. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 100 mm bore GI Tubing medium grade in Trenches/ Floor/Pillar and connection including fitting like socket /Union/Tee/Reducer Nipple etc complete required including necessary cutting of GI pipe and connection to existing pipe line all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Fixing only submerssible pump set upto 20 HP to new borewell upto 30 m depth with the help of chain pully carefully including MS/GI pipe and submerssible cable all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.Note : Pump set will be issued under Schedule B.

Supply & fixing Hume pipe of 200 mm dia to crossing the roads for protection of underground pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour Machine cut Kota Stone slab 20-25 mm thick in floors and jointed in grey cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of kota stone over 20 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour Machine cut Kota Stone slab 20-25 mm thick in skirting and riser and jointed in grey cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of kota stone over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.( Note rendering shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 25 mm thick Granite ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust , etc. and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
