REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT CABLE, OH LINE , MCCB, LT PANEL AT MH AND OFFICER QUARTERS UNDER GE AMRITSAR CANTT

Dismantling carefully the existing LT overhead line ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR conductor (Weasel/ Ferret) for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, jointing sleeves aluminium tap and PG clamp , with & including jumper on cutout point/2 pole structer/4 pole structure provided with PVC insulated sleeve.etc of any size , including tree & branch cutting to make a safe distance from over head line ; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing LT poles carefully of any size and type from its position carefully and removing from the site and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, demolition of concrete, disconnecting of conductor etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position of steel tubular swaged pole, 9 metres long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified and of type 410 SP-31, conforming to relevant IS, including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the full length of pole and also two coats of bituminous paint inside and outside of bottom portion up to 1.8 metres length and provide circular bend 1 No of length 2 metres complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work , return filling, removal, PCC foundation concrete and PCC coping shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply & Fixing stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR 2009 (Part I) using stay rod 20mm dia, including clamps made out of 50 x 6mm MS flat, MS galvansied stay plate 300mmx 300mm x 6mm and galvanised thimble including insulator 90x140mm including dosconnecting , dismantling & taking down the unserviceable stay assembly of any type from the pole ; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material & labour for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 2 metres of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc ; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii) Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during prunning shall be made good by the contractor at thier own cost and extra is payable on this account. (iii) Prunning of tree to be done twice a year (before & after rainy season). (iv) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of their tradesmans to avoid any mishappening at site of work.If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it.

Material & Labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers etc welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one inishing coat of aluminium paint , including dosconnecting , dismantling & taking down the unserviceable cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates of any type from the pole ; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade , including dosconnecting ,dismantling & taking down the unserviceable insulator of any type complete from the pole ; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers,insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 100mm height and 115mm dia including two nos of galvanised steel strap of size 31x5mm fitted with 14mm dia bolts and nuts including dosconnecting ,dismantling & taking down the unserviceable insulator of any type complete from the pole ; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Restringing of existing ACSR conductor fixed on poles and insulators , making/tightening of jumpers at appropriate place to ACSR Conductor at site , with & including repairing wherever required including cutting, re-joining and restringing in, with proper sag, binding to insulator with and including aluminium binding wire ;complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth , for foundation , etc or for shafts, wells , cesspits, main holes etc.not exceeding 10 sqm on plan andnot exceeding 1.5 metres depth and getting out in soft/ lose soil ; complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth , for foundation , etc or for shafts, wells , cesspits, main holes etc.not exceeding 10 sqm on plan andnot exceeding 1.5 metres depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil ; complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated material / soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above starting point ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying in trenches or fixed on wall / poles HDPE pipe 65mm bore for laying/protection of LT cables etc with all accessores ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for protection of cables including fixing clamp, nut bolt washer , accssories etc , including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable GI pipe ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for protection of cables including fixing clamp, nut bolt washer , accssories etc , including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable GI pipe ; and also making good the damaged Tar Road by using additional stone metal, PCC etc to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for dismantling old LT panel and removing all the connection including copper/aluminium busbar & removing the carbon from the contacts by cleaning through CTC solution and, after disconnecting cable, replacement of the unserviceable or defective parts like rusted nuts and bolts, old damaged/ corroded door hinges, door lock, lugs , bus bar, front or back door etc and reassemble the panel with all the connection properly tight and checked ; and painting the LT Panel with base frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer as approved & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge , and Control wiring and CT PT connection of the panel shall be properly checked and made good to make the LT panel serviceable , Foundation if deteriorated of the panel shall be repaired with existing specifications and properly mounted LT panel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour plain cement concrete (1:3:6 ) type C2 using graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregates as foundation of pole and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 4 Pole, 400 Amps , with breaking capacity 36 KA , fixed type (HBC Series),adjustable type thermal setting 70-100% and magnetic adjustable 5-10 times AC 415 volt ,50 HZ conforming to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable MCCB from the existing LT panel ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 4 Pole, 200 Amps , with breaking capacity 25 KA , fixed type (HBC Series),adjustable type thermal setting 70-100% and magnetic adjustable 5-10 times AC 415 volt ,50 HZ conforming to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable MCCB from the existing LT panel ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Amp meter (0-300Amp) along with CTs ; including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable Amp meter from the existing LT panel ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Volt meter 0 to 600 volt , digital type ; including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable Amp meter from the existing LT panel ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removal of existing treatment from full length of steel surfaces of the LT Steel tubular pole 9 metres long by cleaning, rubbing, scrapping down the surfaces & prepration of steel surfaces ; with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun , color of paint shall be as directed by the GE/AGE , including writing pole number in Black letter under yellow circle ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note:- Painting Shall be carried out with spray gun equipments.

Supply & Fixing in replcement HT 11 KV out door non-linear type lightening arrestor with mountings, accessories complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure / GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor encashed in PVC alkathine pipe with all fittings connected to earth strip with nuts, bolts and washers, transmission class having discharge capacity of 65 KA and rupturing capacity 5 KVA and suitable for working pressure 9 KV RMS complete ; including disconecting , dismantling and taking down the old unserviceable lightening arrestor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replcement drop out fuse unit, explusion type for out door air break gang oprated switch, single pole mounted on and including insulators for 11 KV working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts and washer etc synthetic bounded fuse tube complete with line capcity suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps complete ; including disconecting , dismantling and taking down the old unserviceable drop out fuse unit, explusion type , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for checking and detecting of fault of HT under ground 11 KV XLPE faulty cable of any size with HT UG cable fault locating testing machine, with & including rectifing the fault, putting the jointing kit and charging the cable complete as directed & to the entire satisfaction of JE & AGE ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- The approx length is 500 RM for each Job and the rates quoted for this item also includes earth work,returning filling , removal, removing/taking out of old cable, and laying cable after complete repairs , nothing extra is payable on this account.

The ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 M from GL to the bottom of panel board.
