Cleaning the Over Head Tank, Under Ground Reservoir, Ground Level Reservoir in beach water tank and oyster water tank complex and water tanks in the Public buildings and Residential quarters at harbour estate for a period of two years

Cleaning the Over head tank (OHT) @ Beach Water Tank of capacity 1,25,000 Gallon and OHT @ Oyster Tank of capacity 80,000 Gallon at a total height of 29m each and Cleaning the Under Ground Reservoir (UGR) @ Beach Water tank of capacity 1,25,000 Gallon and UGR @ Oyster Tank of capacity 1,25,000 Gallon and Cleaning the Ground Level Reservoir (GLR) @ Beach water tank of capacity 3 x 2,20,000 gallon capacity & GLR @ Oyster tank of capacity 2 x 2,20,000 gallon. The cost including dewatering the tank using pump, cleaning materials like bleaching powder, washing soda,broom sticks and all other tools & plants, one coat of white wash for an area of about 2,050 Sqm. in the interior walls of OHT's, UGR's & GLR's of both Beach water tank & Oyster water tank usingshell lime etc., complete to the satisfaction and as directed by the departmental officers. Note : Cleaning of the said water tanks should be done at an interval of Four Months.

Cleaning the Water Tanks in Port buildings such as Admin. Block 10,000Lit. Capacity - 2 Nos., School Buildings 2,000 Lit. capacity - 2 Nos. and in Guest House,MMD, CDC, Stores, Maintenance Sub Division, Electrical Sub Division, New Information Centre,New Shopping Complex etc., 1,000 Lit. - 9 Nos., and Cleaning the service ramp collection pot at Auto yard - 2 Nos., and over all Over head tanks - 66 Nos., The cost including dewatering the tank, cleaning materials like bleaching powder, washing soda, broom sticks and all other tools & plants, etc., complete to the satisfaction and as directed by the departmental officers. Note : Cleaning of the said water tanks should be done at an interval of Two Months.

Cleaning the Over head tank (OHT) of capacity 1,000 Lit. Masonry / PVC water tanks - 772 Nos. in the Residential Quarters from Type - I to Type -VII, CISF Quarters for a period of Two years. The cost including dewatering the tank, labour, cleaning materials like bleaching powder, washing soda, broom sticks and all other tools & plants, Painting the last date of cleaning in the wall surface with Synthetic Enamel paint as "Cleaned on ..............." for verification etc., complete to the satisfaction and as directed by the departmental officers. Note : Cleaning of the said water tanks should be done at an interval of Three Months.
