Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification inciuding spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and Very Small Aperture Terminal attachment to the required density. - By Mechanical Means - Grading II Using Screening type-A (13.2 milimetre Aggregate)

Providing and constructing 75 milimetre thick modified penetration macadam road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimetre stone metal layers 30 percent crusher broken metal plus 70 percent hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting), heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade at the rate of 2 kilogram per square metre, spreading 12 milimetre size chips, compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 metric tonnes to achive the desired degree of compaction as per technical specification Clause 506, etc. complete. Including picking of existing water bound macadam surface.

Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of grading-II premixed with bituminous binder, transported at site with vehicle tracking system, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired density for 50 / 75 milimetre compacted thickness - Using drum mix type hot mix plant with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition having complying essential features of Hot mix plant as per Indian Road Congress-27-2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers, automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate feeder, built in dust controller system and Programmable Logic Controller for Drum Mix plant, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller, excluding prime/Tack coat etc. complete - Bitumen VG-30 grade 3.40 percent.

Providing and Laying open graded premix surfacing of 20 milimetre thickness composed of 13.2 milimetre to 5.6 milimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with vehicle tracking system, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction VG-30 Bitumen, including providing and laying seal coat sealing voids in a bituminious surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using Type A seal coat but excluding prime / tack coat. For Bitumen VG-30 bulk (Grade 60/70) - Using drum mix type hot mix plant, Paver and vibratory roller.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer. On black topped surface at the rate of 2.5 killogram per 10 square metre. Using bulk asphalt VG-30 (grade 60/70).

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ordinary kilometre stones including painting, numbering, etc. complete for National Highwayway, State Highway and Major District Roads, etc. as per Indian Road Congress design for highway kilometre stone and fixing in standard size of cement concrete 1:4:8 block, etc. complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 milimetre thick including refiectorising glass beads at the rate of 250 grams per square metre area, thickness of 2.5 milimetre is exclusive of surface appiied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 200 metre stones as per Indian Road Congress standard including fixing in standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block, including curing, painting, lettering, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Cautionary/Warning sign boards in Equilateral Triangle size of 900 milimetre out of 2 milimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B ( Type IV High intensity microprismatic grade sheetingHIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per Indian Research Center :672012 Table number 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25 milimetre X 25 milimetre X 3 milimeter, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. of Mild Steel angle iron post of size 65 milimetre X 65 milimetre X 6 milimeter, 3.45 metre long, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including galvanised iron fixtures etc; fixing the boards in M-25 grade concrete block of size 60 centimetre X 60 centimetre X 75 centimetre including transportation etc; complete. Class B ( Type IV High intensity microprismatic grade sheetingHIP) shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cutout sheeting and cutout durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.

Supplying and fixing of moulded shank raised pavement markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and Abstrone Butadyne Styrine moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Circular number RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimetre, 100 milimetre and 102 +/- 2 milimetre and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of dia not less than 19 +/- 2 milimetre and height not less than 30+/- 2 milimetre) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 metre beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. - (Lift upto 1.5 metre)

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of M-10 proportion with trap in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer)) with Supervisory Control and Data Aquisition with Natural/ VSI standard Artificial Sand)

Providing and Constructing gabion structure 1 Meter high or required section made up of soft mechanically woven hexagonal shaped Galvanised Iron wire confirming to Indian Standard 16014:2012 having zinc plus Poly Vinyl Chloride coating of overall diameter of 3.7 millimeter and tying lacing wire of 3.2 millimeter with edge wire confirming to overall diameter 4.4 millimeter edges being mechanically selvedge including placing in position, fitting neatly with trap stone rubble (15 to 23 centimeter) all loose ends to be securely tied (Including transportation) etc. complete.
