REPAIR RESURFACING TO ROAD INTERNAL ROAD PATHWAYS ROAD BERMS IN TB I DEPOT BN AND BEG AND CENTRE KHADKI UNDER GE C KHADKI

M & L Repairs to pot holes any depth n,exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Scarifying or picking up gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness )WBM ,with granite,trap or basalt stone coarse aggregate of grading 2(63to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread and rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam (VG-30) with 4% binder content (using paving bitumen of any penetration) by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed , duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power rolller etc. Note :- The contractor quoted the rate shall be deemed to include the follwing elements:- (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt approved lab and shall get the same got approved from GE before incorporating in the work. (ii) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt for every load of materials brought at site. (iii) In case variation in bitumen content as per approved mix design in comparison with the bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1 at 2.5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over bituminous macadam etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces brushing with wire brushes and removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1 at 5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over bituminous macadam etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness 5.5% bitumen content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix as per job mix formula, laying with mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repair rectangular passive delinator of black coloured made out of stainless steel having length 1070mm, face width 87mm and reflector are 3 no of silver and 2 no of red tape on both side model No SS-1222/SS-954 Make 3 M. Fixed with including excavation of post holes of sie 250x250x500 mm in soil and fixed in PCC 1:3:6 type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate). All as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs solar stud made out of aluminium housing and precast construction solar powered monocrystal solar panel 2W 120mA type of battery NI-CD 1.2V 2500 mAH & flash rate 2 Hz or 70 Hz view distance over 300 mtr fitted with 2 Hz EL -805-3 pieces each side on 2 ends total 6 pieces LEDs flashing up to 12 hours of light at Night and solar battery automatically charge in day /sun light duly fixed with cement and hardner size of solar stud 130 x 125x 30mm cat part No CE IP 68. Make Alcolite in red colours completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair cat eyes aluminium body with scratch and abrasion resistant micro prismatic and ultrasonically welded lens, tempreature resistant body and lens, size 100 x 100 x 20 mm, Cat Part No AL 112 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

M & L for two coats of retro- reflective thermoplastic painting lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc. on road, pavements, kerb stones and having width of 10.00 cm and thickness 2.00 mm with road marking paint, white or golden yellow including cleaning and preparation or existing surface or on new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Convex Safety Mirror 80 cms polycarbonate traffic mirror unbreakable round wide angle Driveway mirror, Red in colour (light weight) with adjustable brackets and nut bolts also including pole of 7 feet height and 2 inch (50mm) dia for installation the pole fixed with including excavation, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) etc for pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair informatory reflective sign board n. exc 6.00 Sqm each single side writing on 2mm thick aluminium sheet as required with high intensity prismatic reflecting tape the aluminium board should be fixed on 2 Nos of stainless steel pole in each board. having dia 76 mm with 16 guage steel duly polished for best shine fitted round globe on top of height 2.1m each. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
