REPAIRS TO INTERLOCKING PATH FENCING DRAIN CULVERT GATE AND ETC AT CENTRAL INSTITUTES AND OTM BLDG. IN ZONE B AREA AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Taking up/down plants or vegetation growth from wall upto roof level by means of cutting hole into brick wall and making good the surface of dismantled portion (not exc 150 sq cm superficial area and not exc one brick depth) using brick bats /aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to disturbed portion and applying two coats of cement base paint / weather coat to match the existing surface upto fourth floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain, hardstanding including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), of size 300mm x 100mm x 200mm and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Dholpur stone tiles for cladding (superior quality) machine cut, in skirting/dado and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of tiles, size and shape of tiles as per existing laid over and including 15 mm thick backing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick milky white marble work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, counter basins and like laid over and including screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, ciunter basins and like laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Granite to be used in treads shall be one piece with nosing at front and cutting two grooves alongwith nosing. Colour shall be of Lakha red, flamed granite or telephonic black as approved.)
