Supplying all labour, T&P for cleaning of Road, main road to GopabandhuStdium, cleaning of grasses, unwanted ordinary tree, skipping Road cleaning cow dung away from the site, for a period of 4 days from 23.01.2025 to 26.01.2025.

Errection of pendal (12 ft. X 12 ft.) wooden dias on the parade ground flag hosting dias with supply of all materials labour T&P, Transportation charges and removing promptly in due time. Qty. = 1 set. The details are given below:-(a) Flag hosting pipe (1No. i.e. 4 inch. Pipe of 25 ft.), (b) Supplying of 20 nos. of 1 inch. Pipe of 10 ft. with National flag on the both side of red carpet, (c) supply of 2 nos. of stair for front and back side of pendal, (d) Supply of steel reeling for decoration of pendal.

Supplying fitting fixing of urinal on the side of during practice of parade Qty. 5 nos.

Errection of gate (ornamental) decorative adjacent to stadium. Qty. 1 no.

Errection of gate fixing O.S.A.P barrack side. Qty. 1no.

Decoration of ballon, in the stadium VIP gallery, main road etc. Qty. 3500 Pc.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of the Temporary erection of Gate Tree colour in the main Gate.

Decoration with Kusuma flowers, chain, Rajanigandha Top of the dias. Qty. 3000 Nos.

Supplying laying of mat in the entrance to wooden dias

Procurement of making lime line both side of road from main gate to stadium

The public address system to be provided during rehearsal parade on (4 days) as well as final day parade on 15.08.2024

Note: We hereby confirm that the above quoted price is inclusive of all taxes like duties, cess etc. and all other incidentals like transport, insurance etc excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable by PPA and a firm landing price at Paradip Port Authority.
