Isolating bush for wheel set earthing equipment for LHB type coaches

The Railway reserves the right to procure the entire or bulk quantity from UVAM approved vendors for "Item ID: 2400031, Wheel Set Earthing Equipment for LHB Coaches" as per cl. 16.3 of GTC of E.Rly. sources . The Status of the firm shall be reckoned as on the date of opening and not thereafter, unless a case of removal / suspension /banning / downgrading.

Only RCF approved venders/sources to quote with valid authorization certificate, otherwise offer will be ignored.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

For offer value below 5 lakhs, the inspection will be done by consignee. For offer value above 5 lakhs, The inspection will be done by TPI / RITES.

Materials should be supplied in OEM packing.

Manufactures identifications mark along with month & Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or an boxes/cartons as per drawing specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.

WTC (OEM Work Test Certificate) to be submitted for conformity of materials at the time of Supply.

GC/WC/ WTC (Work Test Certificate) as per latest IRS terms condition must be submitted along with supply.

Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. SSE/C&W/IC/SDAH.

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

All Other terms and conditions as per IRS condition of contract and general tender condition of Eastern Railway & special condition of tender.
