REPAIR TO ROOF AND ROOF TREATMENT TO CERTAIN BUILDING IN VARUNAPURI III UNDER GE NW VASCO

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000 m spread and levelled all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab. Filling the cracks upto 2 mm wide with Dr.Fixit crack equivalent. 10 mm cement plaster 1:4 mixed with approved water proofing admixture shall be applied on roof for getting required slope. The plaster shall be done when the concrete surface is still moist. The plaster surface shall be allowed to set and dry. The dry surface shall be primed with primer as per manufacturer’s instructions, manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane. Providing and laying APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.5 kg/sqm, as specified here in after. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacture of the membrane. The APP membrane shall be taken up to minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. The APP membrane shall be finished with bituminous aluminium paint, over the above specification all as specified and as directed.

The rate include crack filling, minor repairs required for making the surface smooth. Repairs mortar for damaged portion shall be included the quoted rate and rendering of cement mortar 1:4 shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on cement concrete surface to receive roof treatment all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and dismantling of single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated,etc) sheets in roofing covering all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) including cleats, distance pieces etc all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coats of epoxy Anti corrossive paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing the spalled concrete upto the sound core level and clean reinforcement with wire brush to remove loose scales, cleaning of the surface with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc, and preparation of surface by application of rust remover on exposed reinforcement using rust removers of approved make, apply passivator coat using zinc primer of approved make on reinforcement bars.Apply bond coat using epoxy bonding agent on entire surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repairs mortar (using universal polymerized repairs mortars singal pack like pagel U40 or microconcrete in the layer of 15 mm and subsequently built up the required thickness 45 mm in subsequent layer of 15 mm and manufacturers instruction and as directed. M&L for TMT steel bars 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required and welded to existing reinforcement of any description and any position of RCC structure after binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia as an additional bar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia & over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plastering, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water on walls/ceiling including lowering, removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the surfaces clear of any plastering all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (10 mm thick backing coat + 5 mm thick finishing coat) finished even & smooth without using extra cement including mixing of integral water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed

M&L for application of water proofing treatment of new prepared surface of external wall by clean the surface to remove loose particle,dust laitance etc, Priming the surface with a coat of PRIMESEAL diluted with potable water in the ratio 2:1 by volume prior to application of Raincoat and allow it to dry for 2 to three hours. Apply first coat of Raincoat. Apply second coat of Raincoat with an interval of 5 to 6 hours and allow it to cure for 7 days all as directed and as per manufacturers instruction. M&L for application of water proofing treatment of old prepared surface of external wall by filling cracks of 2 mm with crack filler and cracks wider than 5 mm with polymer modified mortar, Priming the surface with a coat of PRIMESEAL diluted with potable water in the ratio 2:1 by volume prior to application of Raincoat and allow it to dry for 2 to three hours. Apply first coat of Raincoat. Apply second coat of Raincoat with an interval of 5 to 6 hours and allow it to cure for 7 days all as directed and as per manufacturers instruction. Disconnecting existing water tanks of size exc 500 but n. exc 1000 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and refixing in position all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. of capacity exc. 500 ltr but n.exc 1000ltr and refixing in position all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CPVC tank adaptor 25mm bore fixed to PVC tank complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CPVC pipes SDR 11 class 1 laid in trenches/walls outer dia 20 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CPVC pipes SDR 11 class 1 laid in trenches/walls outer dia 25 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel tubing/CPVC tubing & connections 15 mm bore and removing from the site all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel tubing/CPVC tubing & connections 20 mm bore and removing from the site all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) of 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling old water tanks all as specified and as directed.
