Material & Labour for dehydration/filtration of transformer oil with mobile transformer filtration plant at site with all required accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filtration of old transformer oil for the desired dielectric strength of 60 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Material only transformer oil low viscosity EHV grade having 60 KV di-electric strength conforming to IS-335 in original company sealed drum for replacement or topping up to oil level mark at the conservator complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT and earth termination connections from transformer, taking down the transformers from plinth/platform and loading into the vehicle; transporting the same to workshop for carrying out necessary repairs and back reconnecting HT/LT connections at site and charging the transformer on load, commissioning and testing including meggar test at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Draining out transformer oil, dismantling top cover alongwith conservator tank, taking out core and coil assemblies after disconnecting connections, rewinding of burnt out HV/LV coil with same size and type of super enamelled copper conductor and number of turns to get the same rating and insulating material such as paper insulator sleeves, heating etc. Putting back the core and coil assemblies into the tank after removing sludge and replacement of HT & LT bushing complete with brass terminal, refixing top cover and conservator including replacement of gasket, nut, bolts & washers (filling new transformer oil having 60 KV dielectric strength and carring out tests as per IS 2026 in presence of Engineer - in - charge for transformer 50 to 100KVA. NOTE : (I) New transformer oil and its filling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.(ii) Cost of rewinding material, insulation material and spares of transformer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch .(iii)Replacement of spares will be on required basis complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply & Fix inspection glass and gasket of conservator of transformers of capacity 50 KVA to 300 KVA after draining out oil and refilling the same after filtration complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for replacing unserviceable drain valve 50mm size of various transformers after draining out transformer oil and refilling the oil into the transformer after filtration to get required dielectric strength 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plastering on lathing (other than wire-netting),without removing lathing,in cement mortar(one side only measured in cases where both sides are plastered).complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 on one side of lathing complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (a) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand coushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.

Material & Labour for application of aluminium paint two coats after removal of old paint, rust, dust, oil, grease and any other foreign deposits by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers and chemicals for removal of rust for any number of coats, any width or girth incl. painting five no. strips of 30 cm each on bottom of pole with black and red colour paint, alternately, complete all as specified and as directed. for 2 pole structure.

Material & Labour for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) of 2cm high on any surfaces with any colour paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix ACP (aluminium composite panel) 4 mm thick composed of non combustible virgin LDPE laminated sandwitched between two fine aluminium sheets 0.25mm thick on both sides painted with blue colour polyster paint inclusive of folding and cutting with machine to obtain require shape and size fixing the same on M.S. channels/Poles, wall, etc. with nuts/bolts or screws/anchor fasteners, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for loop type insulators, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green large size, with overall dimentsions 90mm x 140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs and maintenence of 11 KV 400A HV VCB Crompton make, 50 Hz yearly as under :- (i). Ensuring the switching OFF operation of the VCB positively by racking it out at service position & testing its manual & electrical ON-OFF operations by applying control panel supply source, repair/replacement of the defective components. (ii). After ensuring the VCB is in isolated position, inspection of entire breaker mech parts like, breaker ON OFF operations, mech gear drive assy, closing & tripping mechanisms, spring charging indications, ON-OFF mechanical indications, condition of main closing & tripping spring assy, allied hardwares & it's tightness and alignments. (iii). Inspection of Electrical parts - motor assy, aux block operations, tripping & closing coil operations, main male-female contacts, insulating material, insulating oil healthiness, etc.(iv). Checking operation of relays. (vi). Checking and recording of IR value of VCB trolley and panel.(vii). Checking/repairing/rectification of the control wiring. . (xi). Checking & updating all mech + electrical critical settings of VCB like closing & tripping & trouble free operations. (xii). Checking VCB manual ON-OFF operations by local closing & tripping push assy. (xiii). Checking VCB electrical ON-OFF operations by applying control supply source. VCB should switch ON & OFF by breaker ON-OFF control switch which in installed on control panel. VCB tripping operations to be checked using protection relay units like LSIG realy + master trip realy units + other tripping units installed in the breaker. (xiv). Ensuring if VCB is in trip position, it should not re-close again, even when closing command is applied. (xv). Ensuring VCB's positive & trouble free performance in service position by switching ON the plant load. (xvi). Checking fibre plates, gaskets, , applying properly with LICOM 2 HPCL make/Balmier Lawire make grease or equivalent one using help of grease gun to VCB cradle, racking in-out assy, mech rubbing parts + bushing assy & dry graphite conductive sealant to contacts of PT etc. & re-assembling the same and commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Chrg. incld. testing of polarities of CTs. (xvii). High voltage testing with high voltage tester of CT & Breaker pole to with stand working pressure of HT 22 KV to ascertain servicieability and spare parts found defective to be replaced for smooth functioning as directed by Engr-in-Chrg. (xviii). Labour only for opening the busbar chamber of HT board cleaning the bus bar chamber, cleaning of entire dust in side the control panel + VCB by using dry air pressure, inspect the CT's wiring, spout insulator & bus-bar joints & tightening if required & heating up with hot air blower to remove moisture, meggering, HV testing applying TRTPPEX(B) Note : Spares used in this job should be paiid seperately

Ensuring the switching OFF operation of the VCB positively by racking it out at service position & testing its manual & electrical ON-OFF operations by applying control panel supply source, repair/replacement of the defective components. (ii). After ensuring the VCB is in isolated position, inspection of entire breaker mech parts like, breaker ON OFF operations, mech gear drive assy, closing & tripping mechanisms, spring charging indications, ON-OFF mechanical indications, condition of main closing & tripping spring assy, allied hardwares & it's tightness and alignments. (iii). Inspection of Electrical parts - motor assy, aux block operations, tripping & closing coil operations, main male-female contacts, insulating material, insulating oil healthiness, etc.(iv). Checking operation of relays. (vi). Checking and recording of IR value of VCB trolley and panel.(vii). Checking/repairing/rectification of the control wiring. . (xi). Checking & updating all mech + electrical critical settings of VCB like closing & tripping & trouble free operations. (xii). Checking VCB manual ON-OFF operations by local closing & tripping push assy. (xiii). Checking VCB electrical ON-OFF operations by applying control supply source. VCB should switch ON & OFF by breaker ON-OFF control switch which in installed on control panel. VCB tripping operations to be checked using protection relay units like LSIG realy + master trip realy units + other tripping units installed in the breaker. (xiv). Ensuring if VCB is in trip position, it should not re-close again, even when closing command is applied. (xv). Ensuring VCB's positive & trouble free performance in service position by switching ON the plant load. (xvi). Checking fibre plates, gaskets, , applying properly with LICOM 2 HPCL make/Balmier Lawire make grease or equivalent one using help of grease gun to VCB cradle, racking in-out assy, mech rubbing parts + bushing assy & dry graphite conductive sealant to contacts of PT etc. & re-assembling the same and commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Chrg. incld. testing of polarities of CTs. (xvii). High voltage testing with high voltage tester of CT & Breaker pole to with stand working pressure of HT 22 KV to ascertain servicieability and spare parts found defective to be replaced for smooth functioning as directed by Engr-in-Chrg. (xviii). Labour only for opening the busbar chamber of HT board cleaning the bus bar chamber, cleaning of entire dust in side the control panel + VCB by using dry air pressure, inspect the CT's wiring, spout insulator & bus-bar joints & tightening if required & heating up with hot air blower to remove moisture, meggering, HV testing applying TRTPPEX(B) Note : Spares used in this job should be paiid seperately

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made HT Bus Bar box Outdoor type platform mounted, suitable for 11000 volts 3 phase , 50 Hz AC supply system fixed at a hight of 4 Ft (2ft under ground and 2 ft above the ground lavel) all as specified and directed having bus bar installed on HT insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet (inner and outer sheet) with front opening type with double door shutter and locking arrangement and stainless steel mannual lock (both type) (including provn of lock with 2 keys), powder coated finish (over a coat of red oxide), primer on outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside surface with aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 400 Amps, breaking capacity of 35KA, IP-54 protection and transparent acrylic sheet of 4mm sheet on both side full covered , on suitable foundation, all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc . complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B - 1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping pedestal to poles including provision of necessary from work finishing the expossed surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out steel poles/struts/PCC poles of any size complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles welded with with cast iron base plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick finial taper plug bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP 55, 11m long in truly vertical position till setting of PCC foundation complete including painting with two coats of aluminium paints of approved quality over one coat of red oxide primer as exposed surface & two coat bitu-mineous paint for embedded portion incl. painting five no. strips upto 30 cm on bottom of the pole with black and red colour paint alternately all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation of post hole, PCC required for foundation and coping will be measured & paid under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Material & Labour for complete overhauling, testing, calibrating and commissioning of numerical relay/electro-mechanical relay - 1 UV/OV relay + 1 earth fault/O/C + 1 master trip relay by secondary injection on each multiple settings of relays by injecting artificial load to ascertain correctness completely including primary injection through CTs by injecting artificial load on each multiple setting of relay to check correctness as well setting the relay at the settings which is inco-ordination with the MSEDCL sub-station (source) and as per the further downstream distribution of HV breakers complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - (a). The contractor has to test the functioning/tripping operations of relay caliberated to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge alongwith the two copies test reports. A total no. of three hard copies and one soft copy (CD) of the reports shall be submitted. (b). The contractor has to arrange for electrical shutdown prior to carry own repairs incld. switching OFF of VCB positively and racking it out at service position.
