M&L for Taking down cement plaster in any description on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints.hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of white wash to old decorated (white washed) surfaces of wall including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of white wash to old decorated (white washed) surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper to old decorated (distempered) surfaces of wall including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper to old decorated (distempered) surfaces of wall including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer applied over 2 to 3 mm thick BIRLA/JK water proof wall care putty complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint to old decorated (cement base painted) surfaces of wall including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) painting shall be applied post curing , curing done shall be complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
