Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified 300 mm dia meter and 3 mtr length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) :

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana I Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate I retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Centring and shuttring in Columns strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work.

Structurl Steel work Riveted, Bolted or welded in built up section, trusses and freamd work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes. (AS per DSR coad no 10.2)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1mm thicknes

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to LS. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.
