M&L of preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and applying Bituminous premix aphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content(VG 30) of total mix by weight over a priming coat of bitumen primer @5 kg/10 sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient,by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.
