Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus.
Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus.
Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking at site. Of area of 3 sqm. and below
Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus.
Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°,landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases etc. including curing, centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). All work upto floor V level.
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. All work upto floor V level.
Kota stone slab 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm ( average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing, granite polishing and curing complete.
Higher charges of welding set including cost of labour ( (welder with helper) & welding rod.
Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level including scaffolding etc. With Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.
6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand). All work upto floor V level.
15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.0mm (avg.) thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)
Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved quality at 17kg per 10sqm impregnated with a coat of course sand at 60 cudm per 10sqm including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil complete. With residual type petroleum bitumen of grade VG-10.
10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay: 1 cow dung) and covered with specified tile bricks grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat with common burnt clay (Non-Modular) brick tiles of class designation 100.
Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design. In 75x75 mm deep chase.
Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manfuacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).
