Dismantling of timber fillets , rails, posts, rafters, purlin etc. under 40 sqcm in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and celling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets as directed.

M&L for clean sawn 2nd class hard wood as in scantling more than 40 Sqcm in sectional area fixed to timber/iron frame work complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, wall etc. fixed with L-type or cranked hood bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick, Trapezoidal roofing profile with 190 mm Pitch & 29 mm depth of profile of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws as specified & directed. Note: The sheet design /colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws as specified & directed.

M&L preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials new or old of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil all as specified and directed

M&L Painting to new steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of primer incomplete all as specified and directed

M&L of E-boards "Everest " Make 600 X600 X4mm thick, white prelaminated self-embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GI sheet and of size 24 X 32X 300mm and spaced at 1200mm centre to centre screwed fixed to the soffit of structure by hanger as approved at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 2 run 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to centre to form 1200 X600mm modules, cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independly 600 X600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between 1200mm cross tee. The perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GI sheet of size 19mm X19mm and 3000mm long of white powder coated all as specified by manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar with all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls incl. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on surfaces of brick work/ concrete and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick external plastering in cm (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for applying 2 coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on new or previously untreated surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 litre/10 Sq.mtr One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge

M&L for providing and applying UV Stable single component smartcare PU Magnum solvent base pure polyurethane liquid membrane on top of metal shed's surfaces in two coats @ 1.2Kg/Sqm and mixing ratio of hardener and base is 95 : 05 and consisting of a coat of two component epoxy primer in ration of 1:1 (one part of resin and one parts of hardener) at a consumption of 0.1Kg/Sqm. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under: Min Elongation at break of 500% as per ASTM D2370 and tensile strength of 3.0N/mm2 as per ASTM D2370, Crack Bridging ability greater than 3mm as per C1305, Water Impermeability on coated concrete @ 7 bar as per DIN1048, Water vapour permeability 0.72 perms as EN ISO 7783-2. The material shall be applied with brush and it should be tested according to EN 1504-2 as a coating for surface protection for complete all as specified and as directed of Engr-in-Charge

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
