Work orders and Satisfactory completion certificates issued by Govt/Semi Govt/Public sector undertakings or the Invoice copies with payment proof shall be furnished as per Annexure C.

a)Registration copy of the firm/Service provider must be valid as on the date of tender submission. b)The firm should have onsite Photocopying/Printing services experience of at last three years (2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26).(Supporting Documents towards experience such as copy of work order or satisfactory completion certificate prior to March-2026 shall be submitted)

Self Declaration attested by the Notary as per Annexure D

a) Annual turnover certificate UDIN generated issued by the Chartered Accountant for last three financial years 2022-23/2023-24/2024-25 as per Annexure B. b) Income tax returns of last three financial years. c)Chartered Accountant certified Audited Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss documents of last three financial years.

Copy of the GST/VAT/Service Tax/Sales Tax/ Establishment/Labour registration Certificate, or any other valid document/registration certificate issued by the Central/State Govt. department/organization as proof of having the office (with address) of Bidder for the last 03 years 2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26 in India.
