Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding including removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7-8mm thick non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floor including skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid/ fixed over and including 10mm thick screed bed/ plaster in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) as on vertical surfaces of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick each, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic coloured tiles, light shade (square/ rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exc 0.38 Sqm as in floors including skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid/ fixed over and including 10mm thick screed bed/ plaster in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness as in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slabs as in flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slabs as in skirtings, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, fixed over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) stone slab in single piece work (protruding chamfered / rounded edges in threads table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and the like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) with using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, fixed over and including 20mm thick screed bed/ plaster in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1.6, complete all as specified and directed.
