Attending complaints of leaking / unserviceable pillar cock, Wall mixer, WHB Mixer, bib taps, two way bib taps, stop valves, 15mm - 20mm dia for making it fully functional and leak proof by carefully including taking down, replacing minor unserviceable parts such as rubber washer, leather washers, jumpers brass 15mm - 20mm size complete all as directed and specified. Note: Major parts such as Spindles / phases of CP pillar cocks, wall mixer, WHB mixer,Two way bib taps,CP bib cocks , Angle cocks replaced if any shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Attending complaints of leaking / unserviceable , low level flushing cisterns, PVC or chinaware for making it fully functional and leak proof by replacing the defective parts such as rubber washers, PVC levers, PVC/ CP knobs if required complete all as directed and specified.

Attending complaints of internal water supply pipes,fittings and bottle traps for removing of blockages etc of any description incl removing & clearing of air locks etc., by pressure pump or any other means including taking down and refixing of pipes & fittings and replacing old unserviceable pipes and fitting with new ones complete all as specified and as directed. Note: New GI pipes replaced if any shall be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule as S&F. This item includes for labour part only for removal of blockages of air lock etc.

Attending complaint of easing of Doors/ Window/ Cup Board shutters by tightening of hinges/ handles/ Al-drop bolt/ tower bolt/ knobs, hasp and stapple etc of any size/ any number of panels for easy closing/ opening or changing the position of hinges, adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts, replacement of looking mirror etc complete including screws & nails. Replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Major parts such as Hinges, Towel bolts, Sliding bolts, Handles, Door closer any type/Door spring, knob & hasp & staple etc replaced if any shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. Notes (For item Ser No 01 to 04) : (i) The contractor or his represantative will report in complaint cell to receive the complaints in the morning by 0900hrs with necessary daily stores are required to attend day to day complaints. (ii) The complaints should be attended/completed within 48hours after receiving the complaint slip failing which penalty of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred only) will be recovered for each complaint per day from the contractor payment. (iii) The cost of masson, plumber & carpenter should be deemed to be included in the item rates quoted by the contractor nothing will be paid extra for hiring the skilled labour.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surface, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.72 Sqm (in patches also) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including backing coat/ plaster 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 surfaces to receive tiles including dismantlling of existing wall tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or conc surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with by adding permeability reducing polymer @ 250gm/sqm (6%) by weight of cementitious content at time of mixing with water as per manufacturer's recommendations including all levelling the surface, curing etc complete. Note : Rates for water proofing compound/ polymer deemed to be included in the above rates.
