Railways reserve the right to procure the bulk / full quantity from Only OEM or their authorized dealer. Authorized dealer must upload tender specific authorization from OEM as per clause No. 16.5 of General Tender Conditions of Eastern Railways Stores Department, otherwise offer is liable to be rejected. Remarks to be given in eligibility criteria whether bidder is an OEM or authorized dealer.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender

Have you attached any performance statements with your offer?

Have you quoted submitted/uploaded the Performance Statement supported by copies by Purchase Orders, Receipt Notes, and Inspection Certificates as the case may be.

Have you kept your offer valid for 90 days.

In case of Authorized Dealer, have you uploaded Authorization Certificate

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
