Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, drain and culvert in foul condition etc.complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of Reinforced Cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced( in ground floors and paving at any position 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300X450mm/600x300x7 to 8 mm thick in dado/skirting of any colour using polymer based chemical adhesive laticrete 307/315/325, as per manufacturer instructions over prepared surface incl joint filling with grout set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

M & L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (sqm/rect) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. of any colour using polymer based chemical adhesive laticrete 307/315/325, as per manufacturer instructions over prepared surface incl joint filling with grout set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

M & L coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (sqm/rect) area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. of any colour using polymer based chemical adhesive laticrete 307/315/325, as per manufacturer instructions over prepared surface incl joint filling with grout set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

M & L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (sqm/rect) area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. of any colour using polymer based chemical adhesive laticrete 307/315/325, as per manufacturer instructions over prepared surface incl joint filling with grout set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

M & L for virified tiles 8-9 mm thick (sqm/rect) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 1 sqm, but not exc 1.8 sqm in floors and skirtings etc. of any colour using polymer based chemical adhesive laticrete 307/315/325, as per manufacturer instructions over prepared surface incl joint filling with grout set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified.
