M&L for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5.00mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of insolvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed . Note:-The quoted rate shall be deemed for taking down of existing switch board / tube light etc and re-fixing the as same at original locations.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC beading of suitable size fixed with adhesive paste all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PVC wall profile for wall panelling of size 250mm wide,08mm over all thick with 1mm wall thickness fixed with screw, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note:- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before procurement of materials.

M&L for PVC profile corner beading of suitable size L/T type for wall panelling, colour/shade shall be match to wall panelling complete,all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F false ceiling at all heights with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG(Glass fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture,design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%,humidity resistance of 99% ,NRCO 50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987 ,Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part -4) 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm ,cross-T of size 15 x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondaryintermediate cross- T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling by using galvanized mild steel wire (galvanizing @80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long,8mm outer diameter, M-6 dash fateners,6mm dia fully threaded hangar rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm.Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall /partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws .The work shall be carried out as per specifications shown in drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Providing 10 mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling up to a height of 5 m above floor level, (flat surfaces) over first class kail wood strips of size 25x6 mm with 10 mm gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mesh of suitable size fixed to wooden frame (frame work to be paid separately) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC(1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning laid dry to the profile under interlocking block etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60mm thickness,with minimum compressive strength of 35N / sqmm (M-35 grade) without correction factor for chamfering,made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface,with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade double charged (square/recangular) area of each tile n exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade double charged (square/recangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base with and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing grinding & mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450X300X7mm thick fixed on wall/vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing of wall / vertical tile, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as directed and directed by EIC.

M&L Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of 16 to 18mm thick, size of each stone exceeding 0.5 sqm in area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade - 202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener including polishing, rubbing & silicon treatment etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F acrylic coated/vinyl coated décor washable wallpaper ,printed and treated with a coating for durability and washability/scrubbability incl removing of exsting wallpaper cleaning/making smooth the wall surface for even aesthetic fixture of wallpaper,all as per manufacturers instruction and as specified and directed by EIC

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for realigment of existing false ceiling board and straightening of wooden/GI /aluminium snap grid frame work of any size complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old steel/wooden windows with holdfast & making good surface and S&F windows/ ventilators fabricated from 0.6mm thick roll formed section made of galvanised steel powder coated (Base steel as per IS- 513 'D' quality) galvanised as per IS-277 with Zinc of 120 gm/sqm. Windows/ventilators having frame suitable for dual shutter i.e. inner and outer shutter with grill, glazed shutter with 4.0 mm thick glass, mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless steel mesh, MS grill shall fabricated by using 6mm x 12mm flat iron with 10mm square bar and including all fitting, fixtures accessories complete all as specified and shown in drawing no CEAF/STD-191/2014 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2 (4000 Series) NOTE: The quoted rate shall be deemed the following (i) Glazed shutter with 4.00 mm thick glass, mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless mesh and MS grill as per above mentioned drawing. (ii) Glass, stainless steel mesh will be fixed to window by authorised rep of manufacturer of window only. (iii) making good of jambs in CM (1:4) and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick putty.
