Providing and laying in position Cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per drawings and specifications but excluding the cost of form work shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all levels.

Providng and fixing at and near ground level precast cement concrete 1:2:4 in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved patterns and setting in position with C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including consolidation, curing, cost of required centering, shuttering, finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (using crushed sand) on exposed surfaces complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, Centering, shuttering form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels. For Sub Structure.

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel/wooden/concrete or plastered surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat including preparation of the surfaces with filling white cement if required, scaffolding complete. As per specifications and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Dismantling Bituminous road including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory road roller 8 to 10 T capacity to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fillup interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumem of grade 60/70 (VG 20) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications on WBM / WMM @ 0.75 kg/ sq.m

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumem of grade 60/70 (VG 20) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications on bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg/ sq.m

Providing and laying seal coat average 9.00 mm thickness of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) bitumen as per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Providing laying bituminous macadam of thickness 50 to 75 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base / binder course including loading of aggregate with FE loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification to achieve the proper compaction including the cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of 60/70 grade (VG 20) @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe healer, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater etc. driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, dust, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete. 150 mm Dia RCC Hume pipe class Np2.

Providing and Laying of 2 or more sets (6 Nos.each set) Dual Ribs Pattern Rumble Markings on roads with vehicular speeds of more than 50Km/hr laid as per the spacing recommended for each set under Table11.1 and Fig.11.2 of IRC 35:2015 using Plastirib 2K,or equivalent 2 component cold plastic profiled material. Each Dual Rib pattern rumble marking shall have width of 500mm. Each dual rib pattern rumble marking shall have 2 rib seach of Width of 100mm and height 20mm. Gap between two ribs shall be 300 mm. Each rumble marking shall be made complete with drop on Soild Plus reflective glass beads @ 300gm/OneSquare Metre spread throughout the surface of marking. The finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including surface cleaning and cost of all materials etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of Plastic bodystuds with two shanks and without shanks of SWAREFLEX or equivalent in yellow,red and white color made of ABS body with size100*100*17.9mm, having reflective panels of 34 special Swaroglass reflective elements embedded in plastic and 19 degrees tilted to provide the highest reflectivity. Having reflective panels in yellow, red and white plastic with yellow,red,white or green Swaroglass elements.The studs shall have a compressive strength test certificate of 25 tons in accordance with ASTDM D 4280 and successfully passing retroreflectivity test as per EN 1463 -1 and the road test EN 1463 -2 from a reputed laboratory. The fixing of the road studs shall be done by using a recommended Two Component Epoxy. In addition two holes should be drilled in the depth of 50 mm on the road for the version with two shanks.

Providing and fixing Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards in circular shape of 600 mm dia made out of 3mm aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. of M. S. angle iron post of size 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm, 3.45 m long, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including G.I. fixtures etc; fixing the boards in M25 grade concrete block of size 60cm X 60cm X 75cm including transportation etc; complete. Disposing off the surplus excavated materials and debris by mechanical transport with all lead at nearest approved disposal ground of NMMC including all lifts, loading, unloading all as per guidelines of Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste management plan as approved by NMMC & as directed by the Engineer in Charge. i) Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft / hardrock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment, in case direct measurement is not possible. ii) Royalty for excavation, transportation, filling of earthwork etc. including obtaining permission from statutory authority, if any shall be borne by the contractor.
