Boys Hostel 600 seater (G+6 Floors): (Tentative Plinth Area: 16645.58 Sq.m) Construction of RCC framed Structure of Boys Hostel building of “G+6 Storeys" including all related services as per section 2A of (scope of work ) of Tender Document including Jungle clearance, uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, Felling of trees of any girth and saplings. Removal of rubbish from outside the periphery of the area cleared, levelling of site includes all cutting and filling of earth, supplying of desired earth as per site requirements and filling to achieve the proposed formation level as per drawings, Carriage and disposal of surplus earth or unserviceable material to designated locations outside/inside the campus, including all lifts and leads, demolition of existing structure if any, anti-termite treatment, RCC works, CC works, Masonry work, flooring, stone works, all finishing (Internal & External Plaster), painting, GRC work, door-window-ventilators including their fittings and fixtures, Aluminium & glass work including fittings and fixtures, steel work, structural glazing work including fittings and fixtures, expansion joint treatment system, all services like plumbing, water supply, sanitary, etc., cladding/dado, all toilet works including fittings and fixtures, waterproofing works for terraces, wet areas, roofs, water tanks, expansion joints, and other critical locations (using approved materials and methods ), plinth protection work all around the building etc. complete in all respect. All E&M installations including Internal & External Electrifications work and Fire fighting, signages, Fire Alarm System & PA, surveillance & security system, IP based EPBAX, IP Based CCTV security surveillance system, Wi-fi, LAN, DATA, Audio- Visual System, Solar PV Generation Power Plant, UPS, Pressurized Ventilation for Lifts, fresh air & exhaust system for Kitchen equipment, Split & Cassete Type AC, LT cables, LT Panel etc. with External lighting & EV charging system etc. for all Boys Hostel External Area etc., Civil & Electrical External Services connection, all E&M services etc as per NBC 2016 including 07 no. of Lifts as per GFC drawings by incorporating stipulated specifications and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil, E&M etc, including all incidental works to complete and making the facilities functional all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Obtaining and submission of all necessary statutory approvals on completion of work from all local authorities in, obtaining fire clearance, obtaining occupancy certificate / completion certificate from all concerned local bodies or any authorities, consent to operate (CTO), water connection, electric connection, fulfilment of GRIHA 3 STAR rating norms etc including preparation & submission of ‘All built drawings’ as per scope of work, condition and other details provided in NIT/Tender documenta and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be executed complete as per scope of work, drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Defect liability period of 18 months included in the proposed building works as stipulated in the NIT/ Tender document and rates to be quoted accordingly.
External development works within Plot Area; tentatively area about 7583.99 Sqm (As per drawings) External development works within Plot Area including all related services as per section 2A of (scope of work) of Tender Document including Jungle clearance, uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, Felling of trees of any girth and saplings.
