Having Examined and understood the Tems and Conditions and the Scope of Work in the Bidding documents issued under ENQUIRY NO.CESCOM/2025-26/IND0250 Date:21-04-2026 for Manufacturing, Inspection/Testing and supply of 11kV Horizontal X Arms Mild Steel(MS) to CESC including addendum/ amendments (if any), we the undersigned hereby submit the fully completed Bid Documents in the e-portal, which includes:

a) Documents in support of Qualifying requirements b) Technical and Commercial details, and c) Price Bids, for the said Materials

We hereby agree to supply the materials in confirmity with the Technical Specification enumerated in the Bidding Documents for the sum stated and quoted in the Bid or such other sums as may be ascertained. Accordingly, if our Bid is accepted we undertake to execute the contract with in the stipulated time with the Schedule of Prices.

We note that the prices offered are FIRM as per the Bid stipulation throughout the period of contract including extended period if any as per the commercial terms and conditions. We agree to keep this Bid valid for a period of 180 days from the date fixed for Bid opening and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before expiry of that period.
