CIVIL WORK

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc.,including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). The rate includes transfering of materials to the requisite floors. All works to be done in upto 7th floor.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

FLOORING WORK

Providing, machine mixing and laying 90mm thick cement concrete screed in mix ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 aggregates 12.5mm size), laid in panels, well vibrated, compacted to correct line and level, surface finished ready to receive floor finish and cured by keeping well covered and protected against excesses of any type (The contractor will provide for preparation of surface by cleaning, hacking and exposing aggregate to achieve the best bond) etc. all complete at all heights and leads to the entire satisfaction of the PM. below Carpet Flooring.

Providing, machine mixing and laying 85mm thick cement concrete screed in mix ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 aggregates 12.5mm size), laid in panels, well vibrated, compacted to correct line and level, surface finished ready to receive floor finish and cured by keeping well covered and protected against excesses of any type (The contractor will provide for preparation of surface by cleaning, hacking and exposing aggregate to achieve the best bond) etc. all complete at all heights and leads to the entire satisfaction of the PM. below Vitrified Tiles Flooring.

Providing and laying 7mm to 9mm thick approved make tufted multi-level loop tile carpet as per detailed and instruction of approved manufacturer etc. floor fixed over dry harden IPS with as adhesive as recommended by the approved of carpet manufacturer. Required edging angles, junction, entrances etc. shall be fixed and finished with as per recommendation of the carpet manufacturer to approval of the PM. Floor to be levelled, cleaned all complete at all heights and leads to the entire PM. Providing and Fixing in place 6mm thk and 38 mm high s.s plate inserted on the floor within the junction of the Carpet/Tile/Marble and as per instruction.

Providing and fixing of 12 to 16 mm thick machine cut, machine polished Marble stone of approved quality wash basin counter top about 600mm wide fixed and bedded over 19mm thick Indian Marble; with mirror polished Marble fascia in verticle profile as detailed in drawing. Stones for 200mm wide fascia fixed with epoxy adhesive; exposed faces / edges, rounded / chamfered, mirror polished etc. complete to the approval of the PM. All junctions shall be sealed with silicon sealant. Further to include required GI framing, drilling, cutting of holes, SS pins, anchors, clamps, finishing junctions with plaster etc. complete as directed by the PM to his entire satisfaction. Providing and fixing about machine cut, polished approved Marble stone, jambs, soffits etc., in required shape with required grooves, stright cut mouldings, chamfering , polishing etc. also include required pins / cram etc. for holding down complete including fixing with approved adhesive over 12mm thick ply base/to the civil structure, including cleaning, polishing etc. complete to the approval of the PM. 150mm wide Black Marqini marble/ brown armani/ crema noce to Toilet door jamb. (Basic Rate - 600/Sqft)

Providing and installing pre finished solid strip bamboo flooing as approved by the PM sub strata shall be damp proof and free of contaminations. Method of fixing shall be as recommended by the approved manufacturer and approved by the PM. 100mm high bamboo wooden skirting finished with 1mm thick laminate.

Providing and laying 6" average brick bat coba with approved water proofing compound mixed; laid to proper slope, curing, etc., complete. All water proofing to have 10 years guarantee. Rates are inclusive of shifting of materials to 7th floor.

Providing and applying waterproofing compoun"Providing and applying Waterproofing in toilets upto height of 3'-0", with approved water proofing compound, with 10 years guarantee. All complete as per Architect's instructions and specifications.

FALSE CEILING WORK

Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick plain or coffered Gypsum False Ceiling manufactured of approved make on G.I. frame work, in G.I. vertical supports at every 450mm c/c and horizontal runners at every 900mm c/c in SS screws to proper line and level. Cost to be inclusive of making holes and required framing for fixing electrical fixtures, A.C. grills. Area of electrical fixtures will be paid full with ply on top of ceiling fixed to G.I. supports to receive spotlights including cutting hole etc., complete. G.I. metal frame to be of 22 gauge folded strip of 50mm width to be used. All complete as per PM's instructions and specifications. The grid of frame work to be supported at every 1500mm x 1500mm interval by M.S. Rod anchored to the slab to support the G.I. framework. All vertical G.I. framework to be anchored to the slab by means of anchor fasteners including all lighting troughs, coffers, cornices and all other related works. Cost to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding required towards the same. Rate to include finishing with Emulsion paint in approved shade, colour and make. No vertical dimensions of false ceiling to be paid for separately, vertical drop upto 600mm and false ceiling behind cornices shall not be measured and paid seperately.measurements to include as stated in preamle and technical writeups.

Providing and fixing in true horizontal level Mineral fibre false ceiling system manufactured by M/s. Knauff or equivalent using hot dipped galvanized steel section, exposed surface with pre-coated capping, main tee of size 24 x 32 mm, having 0.27 mm gauge at every 1200 mm. centre to centre maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 24 x 27 mm, having 0.27 mm gauge at every 600 mm c/c. and sub cross tee of size 24 x 27 mm, having 0.25 mm gauge at 1200 mm c/c. and wall angle of size 19 x 19 mm., having 0.35 mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended at every 1200mm c/c. in both directions using 2.0 mm. thick pre-straightened GI wire laying FINE FISSURED TEGULAR Edge ceiling tiles manufactured by M/s. Armstrong World Industries, of size 600mm x 600mm x 20mm having NRC 0.70, Light reflectance of 85%, thermal conductivity k = 0.052-0.057 W/m0K, Humidity Resistance of 99%, having Fire Performance CLASS O / CLASS 1 (BS 476), surface having 3 coats of approved paint with Fine Fissured, back of the tile duly sanded and finished with a coat of protective paint over the formed grid complete etc. as per approved manufacturer's specifications and directions of the PM. Location workstation area.

Providing and fixing Openable/removable Trap door for VAV/ AHU of various sizes as per site requirements, comprise of all the required frame work in 19mm thick double BWP Plywood of approved Green make as per shop drawing, Openable shutter made of 19/12mm thick BWP plywood and gladded with approved Laminate, shutter shall be hung with 100mm x 20mm heavy duty 3 Nos. hinges fixed on wooden battens of size 1-1/2" x 1" to finished with edge beading of same laminate, other side shall be finished with approved Laminate, All complete with Industrial Lock and 150mm long Tower bolt to hold the shutter, All complete as per drawing and as per instruction of EIC. Location: Cabins.

Providing and Fixing openable gypsum trap door of size 600x600mm constructed with 12mm thickness of MDF (of approve make) finished with laminate (of approve make and shade). All complete as per PM's instruction and specs.

PARTITION AND WALL PANELLIING WORKS

Providing, constructing & fixing 11 mm thick in place MDF board Partitions of overall thickness 75mm thk. with aluminium framing tube of size 25x50mm for verticle members and 25 x 50 mm for horizontal members, tube thickness of 1.2mm . vertyicle framing at 450mm c/c and horizontal frame to achive 450 x 610mm grid size. covered with 12mm thick MDF board (conforming to IS 12406) of approved make on both sides.Framming members are to fixed witrh"L" Clamps at joints and secured to rcc soffits and floor with anchor Fastner and metal Screws. All other salient features such as pattas grooves, inlay pattis & extra frame work and all other features indicated in drawing or as per instructions of PM to be the same as items of panelling. Mode of measurements also to be same as that of mentioned in panelling items. Cost of partition also to include providing, constructing & fixing ply frame with necessary rebates as required to enable fixing doors(on 3 sides of opening produced). All complete as per PM instruction and specifications. Cost also include 50mm thick glass wool insulation of 48kg/cum density inside partitions.cost also to include 50mm thick glass wool insulation(of approved make) as specified in drawings as per instruction of PM.Mode of measurements shall be as per Specifications. openings of size more than 0.5sqm shall not be counted for measurement for payment.

Do do as 10 but partition of overall thickness of 125mm with aluminium framing 25x38mm thk at every 450mm/600mm with 11mm thk MDF Board of approved make on both sides.

Providing and fixing manually operated roller blinds (with sunscreen fabric in spring mechanism) of approved make, shade and colour including all accessories track, chain etc. The blinds shall extend minimum by 100 mm beyond all four sides of the opening. All complete at all levels and as per approved manufacturer's specification and direction of PM. Area of opening shall be measured for payment. (Basic Rate - 150/Sqft). Make Mac, Deck and other equivalent make.

Providing and fixing 300 mm wide x 300mm height as per size specific pelmet in 18mm thk Marine PLY of approved make and confirming to IS 3087, including top cover of fixing of approved 1mm thick Lamiante, including fixing with 25x3 mm M.S. Flat 10 cm long fixed to pelmet with hollock wood cleats of size 100 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm on both inner side of pelmet and rawl plugs 75 mm long etc. all complete. Providing and fixing veneer over MDF partitions/panelling and finishing with melamine polishing in approved shade as per design and / or instructions of PM. (Basic Rate - 200/Sqft)

JOINERY WORKS

Providing, making and fixing Hard wood door frames made out of approved quality teak wood, kiln-seasoned, anti-termite treated, shaped, grooved, mitered joint arrangement including use of exterior quality approved water repellent adhesive, GI screws, pins, etc. Also to include and as per approved laminate colour and shade, surfaces of frame in contact with masonry/concrete surfaces shall be painted with one coat of hot bitumen of approved quality, 3 nos. (minimum) GI holdfast (split end 225mm x 75mm x 2 mm thick) on each side of frame well-grouted with cement concrete mix in a ratio of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 Aggregate), etc.inclusive of door jacket section size of 50x50mm comparing of 12mm thick MDF Board as per site requirement ( rate will be inclusive with in these ) and all complete at all leads, lifts, heights as per detailed specifications to the entire satisfaction of the PM. 100mm x 60mm.

Providing and fixing Single Glazed Partition with 28 mm wide & 40 mm high top & bottom skirting in extruded aluminium duly powder coated/ annodized. The partition will be fitted with 10 mm thick clear toughened glass plate with polished edges. The linear joints between the glazed modules are provided with aluminium 'H' profiles sealed with high bonding double # side adhesive tape. The partition will be provided with #T# profile and 2 # 3 ways extruded connections in aluminum and has a provision of connection to Dual Slab Partition. Supply and installation of door hung signages made of sunboard, printed in vinyl and fixed on alumnium frame. The frame to be installed with double sided 3M tape.

BUILT IN FURNITURES

Providing, constructing and placing in position Console table of various sizes as mentioned down below comprise of . a) Table top made out of Corian finish with center band in Mirror. b) Front face of base of table to be finished in veneer with Aluminium profile handle as shown in drawing. Cost to include providing and fixing approved teak wood beading with polycoat finish, chamfering, rounding edges, hardware (i.e. handle, hinges, lock, etc.), making cut-outs in tables wherever required as shown in the drawings or as per PM's directions. All complete as shown in drawings and entire satisfaction of the PM. CHIARS & LOOSE FURNITURES: Make Featherlite And Equivalent .

Providing and supplying mid back chair with ergonomic design. The seat shall be made of commercial plywood / ABS materials upholstered with high resilience moulded polyurethane foam with fabric tapestry and the back shall be made of two piece injection moulded polypropylene net cover upholstered with breathable mesh tapestry. The base of the seat shall be supplied with PP cover and the backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine and cushion base adjustable lumbar support which helps to provide full back support . The chair shall be supplied with black integral 3D adjustable polyurethane / polypropylene arm having sliding, up-down, to & fro motion or aesthetically appealing wooden arm. For seating durability the chair shall have synchro tilt 360 degree revolving mechanism with upright position locking. The pneumatic seat height adjustment for healthy seating, user can adjust seat height up to 100mm with BIFMA standard class-with gas-lift to suit them using the lever under the seat. The gas-lift mechanism should be tested as per ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 standards. Providing and supplying a high back chair with ergonomic design, comfortable & aesthetically appealing. The seat and back shall be made of commercial plywood or ABS or steel materials padded with high resilience polyurethane foam. The same shall be upholstered with pure leather. The backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine which helps to provide lumbar support. Providing and applying Textured paint of approved Asian Royal play orequivalent make to surfaces in three coats paint (1 coat by trowel and 2 coats by brush/roller; surface and finish acceptable to the PM must be achieved by the contractor and any additional coats if required shall be at the cost of the contractor) as per manufacturers specification and technical manual including required cleaning of the surfaces, curing, required scaffolding / staging / temporary hoisting etc. complete to the entire satisfaction of the PM.
