Tender for supply, installation, commissioning of 10-meter dome and 4K 2D projection planetarium equipment with all necessary peripherals

OEM should have prior experience in similar systems. Project credentials / Client certificates

Bidder shall have adequate technical manpower and service support mechanism in India. The bidder shall have a service support office in India and furnish an undertaking to provide technical support and maintenance services in India throughout the Warranty and AMC periods. Technical staff details, training certificates, service infrastructure details (also submit the service support form given in Annexure- J)

The OEM(s) of the projection system, dome, software, and critical equipment shall provide a warranty and support undertaking confirming availability of technical support, software updates, firmware updates, and spare parts for a minimum period of ten years from the date of Final Acceptance. OEM Support Undertaking/Manufacturers Commitment Letter.

Financial Capacity- Minimum Annual Average Turnover (MAAT) of Rs. 2.10 Crore during last 3 financial years. Bidder shall have positive net worth in the latest audited financial year. CA Certified Turnover Certificate, Audited Balance Sheet, P&L.

Bidder shall be a Company / LLP / Partnership / Proprietorship / Consortium / Joint Venture registered under relevant laws. Certificate of Incorporation / Registration, GST Certificate, PAN Card.

Bidder shall be OEM or Authorized Dealer / System Integrator. Authorization must be project-specific. OEM Authorization Letter

Experience in Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of minimum 10m diameter 4K 2D Digital Full Dome Planetarium Systems during last 5 years, having successfully completed similar work(s) with a value not less than 80 percentage of the estimated project cost. The bidder shall have completed at least two similar installations worldwide, including one in India, that has been operational for a minimum period of six (6) months prior to the bid submission date. Work Orders clearly indicating project value, Completion Certificates, Project Details, OEM Details, and Client Performance Certificates indicating operational status (also submit the form in the proforma under Annexure B).

Bidder shall comply with statutory requirements. GST Certificate, PAN, Tax Clearance Certificate (if applicable)

Bidder shall submit undertaking and declarations. Undertaking, Declaration for no blacklisting, no false information, not under liquidation

Lead partner shall meet financial criteria, consortium as a whole shall meet technical criteria. MOU on Stamp Paper, roles and responsibilities, authorization of lead partner.

Employer reserves right to verify documents, inspect projects, and reject bids for misrepresentation or poor performance. Self-declaration / acceptance by bidder

Only eligible bidders will be considered. Incomplete or misleading submissions will lead to disqualification. The Purchaser reserves the right to seek clarifications and additional documents in support of qualification claims. Signed Compliance Statement
