Removing/ cleaning of shrubs / grass / plants over RCC roof, chajja, wall of building of any plinth area and for any storeyed including scrapping of all algaes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type E2 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor, foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for repair to broken/damaged RCC chajjas by making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound to top and sides and rendering 5 mm thick to soffits in cement mortar 1:3 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in gap between roof sheets and brick wall, thickness of concrete bed exc. 5 cm and not exc.10 cm thick & width not exc. width of one brick thick wall including necessary scaffolding and complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, lintels, shelves etc, and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc, and making good on brick walls, cutting exc. 20 cm in girth complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down chowkhats or frames area not exc. 1.50 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames area exc. 1.50 Sqm but not exc. 4.00 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6-8 mm thick grooved WPC/PVC hollow honeycomb/perforated panels made with high density fiber WPC/PVC Board having density 600 Kg/Cum suitably placed in false ceiling including GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (n. exc. 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre and necessary hangers 6 mm dia GI fixed to roof and including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.
