A. RENOVATION OF APFC PANELS. Dismantling of defective components of APFC panel such as capacitors, Contactors, MCCB, MCB, indication lights, APFC relays including dismantling of incoming, outgoing terminations and hardware etc.

Supply of Heavy duty Capacitors of various capacities, rated at 440V, 3 ph, 50 Hz, complete with terminal cover and discharge device for replacement against defective capacitors in APFC panel- make STANDARD

Banking of capacitors of various ratings using necessary aluminium links/ multistrand copper wires and necessary hardware etc. to form capacitor banks of suitable rating as per requirement of individual stage to avoid frequent switching of capacitor banks and increase life of capacitors by reducing switching operations.

Supply of microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters for replacement of defective APFC relay of capacitor panel having 12 Steps for giving signal to contactor coils for switching ON and OFF required number of capacitor banks of suitable rating to achieve target power , control voltage of APFC relay is 230 V and CT secondary ration is 5A -make STANDARD

Supply of capacitor duty contactors for 25 KVAr capacitors in replacement of defective contactor for switching of capacitor bank on receipt of signal from APFC relay-make L&T/Schneider/Havells/Epcos

Supply of capacitor duty contactors for 12.5 KVAr capacitors in replacement of defective contactor for switching of capacitor bank on receipt of signal from APFC relay-make L&T/Schneider/Havells/Epcos

Supply of LED type Indication lights of various colors for indication of status of capacitor banks in replacement of defective lights- make FTC/Standard

Supply of TP MCB up to 63A rating for replacement of defective MCB for protection of capacitor bank in each stage in APFC panel -make L&T/GE/Schneider

Supply of TP MCB up to 32 A rating for replacement of defective MCB for protection of capacitor bank in each stage in APFC panel -make L&T/GE/Schneider

Supply of TP MCB up to 16 A ratin for replacement of defective MCB for protection of capacitor bank in each stage in APFC panel -make L&T/GE/Schneider

Supply of Auto Manual for suitable switching in Auto as well as manual mode as required for operation of the panels. make - AE/L&T/FTC

Servicing of APFC panels including complete dusting of the panel, cleaning of contact points De-carbonizing of joints, alignment of doors, checking of all nuts & bolts control circuit an power circuit wiring dressing and renovation of control and power terminations with lugs tapes etc . as required at site

Installation, of all component and termination of incoming/outgoing connections with copper wires with lugs, tapes etc. and using necessary hardware for proper fitment of all components to ensure compatibility with the existing components and available space as required at site

Testing & commissioning of APFC panel as per required parameters including following: i. Continuity check of all components, wiring and terminations. ii. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth. iii. Programming of APFC relay in for achieving target power factor. iv. Earthing check to ensure proper earthing of equipment for safety. v. Monitoring of power factor as per specified parameters.

B. FIXED CAPACITORS BANK OF MOTORS. Providing & Fixing of LT capacitor panel for housing 2 nos. capacitor banks for motors of 160kW -2 Nos made out of 14/16 SWG sheet steel duly painted in Siemens grey shade and ventilated with louvers for cooling and consisting of following switchgears for switching and protection of capacitor banks -make STANDARD.

Transportation of the panel at site and installation of the same on the ground with necessary hardware and civil work etc as required at site

Supply of TP aluminium bus bars and links complete with mounting insulators , PVC heat shrinkable covering sleeves in red blue and green colour as per standard practice and necesssary hardware as required.

Installation of various components as described below in the panel with alignment of components for ease of servicing and operation , complete with hardware , mounting structure to hold the capacitor banks and other components in place etc. as required.

Complete power wiring for electrical interconnection of capacitor banks and MCCBs of various capacities with multistrand copper wire using lugs, tapes, cleats etc. as required and dressing of the wires with ties to hold the same in place for neatness and safety of the equipment as required

Supply of capacitor unit rated at 100 kVAr for 2 nos. 160-kW motors rated at 440v , 3 phase, 50 Hz system complete with terminal cover , cable end entry, mounting structure and hardware etc. -make STANDARD

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable rating by electical interconnection using aluminium bus bars or copper multistrand cables with lugs , tapes etc. to form banks as per requirement of various capacitor banks

Supply of triple pole MCCB of 250 A capacity for operation and safety of individual capacitor bank - make L&T/Schneider/Havells.

Supply of Spreader terminal for 250A, triple pole MCCBs for connection with bus bars. make L&T/Schneider

Supply of MCCB Handle for 250A, triple pole MCCBs for connection with bus bars. make L&T/Schneider

Supply of Red ON indication LED lights to indicate status of capacitor banks -make FTC/Teknic

Installation of complete panel on ground with civil work , if required, and necessary hardware to fix the panel on the ground , ensuring vertical alignment and double earthing of the panel with 25x5 mm GI strip and connecting the same to the main earthing system

Supply of 185 mm sq. 3.5 core aluminium armoured cable 1.1 kV grade-make Havells/Polycab/Any ISI marked

Laying and termination of 185 mm sq. cable using necessary clamps, harware, brass compression glands , lugs etc. as required at site

Charging of the panel after conducting megger test on capacitor bank , tightening of all nut-bolts, ensuring alignment of various components for ease of servicing , checking of earth resistance for safety of men and material.

C. RENOVATION OF STATIC CAPACITOR BANKS OF TRANSFORMERS. Dismantling of defective components like capacitors, MCBs from static capacitor banks of transformers including dismantling of terminations, wirings , hardware , as required at site.

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable rating by electical interconnection using aluminium bus bars or copper multistrand cables with lugs , tapes etc. to form banks as per requirement of various capacitor banks.

Installation, of all components of static capacitor bank and termination of incoming/outgoing connections with copper wires, luge, tapes etc. and using necessary hardware for proper fitment of all components to ensure compatibility with the existing components and available space as required at site

Testing & commissioning of static capacitor banks with continuity test as per all relevant standards including insulation test of all capacitors between phases, and phases to neutral and phases to earth.
