REFURBISHMENT OF SBN-400 (SO) GEAR BOX

Description

Refurbishment work of our M/s Elecon make-SBN-400(S.O.) 10:1 closed high speed reduction gear box of sugar mill drive consist of following:-Scope of work:-(1)Repairing of Gear box loosened bearing housing by machining.(2)Fit ment of all internals in the casing after repair of casing adopling standard engineering Practice. (3) Replacement fo all oil seals and providing the speedy sleeves below oil seal to stop the leakages of oil. (4) Fitting of bearing , if required to be replaced shall be provided by mill. (5) Internels to be provided by mill. (6) Trial run to be taken and test report to be submitted.(7)Applying putty in repair of lossened bearing housing shall not be acceptable.

Fabrication of new MS Casing Identical to our old & existing C.I. Casting with all external fiement di as zerox copy of existing one with matched height & Centre distance between input & cut put shaft and fitment of provided internals & bearings etc. Taking the trial run and sub mitting the report with delivery
