Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete all as specified and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of RCC Jalli any thickness , set in cement mortar & fixed in any description and removal of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

All as per item 3 here-in-above but exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each and stacking at site where directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board fibre, uplp insulation etc or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in this Schedule all as directed

Dismantling of AC Corrugated or semi corrugated sheet etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to a outside MOD land and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, platform, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar , stacking serviceable slbs at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MOD land complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in padding to roof , chajja laid to slope & finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.(Note : No hand mixing of concrete shall be allowed , the mixing of concrete to be done at ground floor & the mixed materials to be shifted to roof , no extra shall be for the mixing at ground & shifting to roof).
