(With all leads and lift upto the worksite) A) By Mechanical Means: a) 'Grading- II i) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect . ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (With all leads and lift upto the worksite) B. with Polymer modified bitumen 70 (i)for Grading I ( 40 mm nominal size )

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three Year (Planting of trees by the roadside (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSRT&H specifications

Providing and Fixing ‘Logo’ of PMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with each 21,457.90 Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm.
