Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 252.82 Lakhs during the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25). Turnover Certificate issued by CA.

To qualify for award of this contract, Each tenderer in his/her name should have in the last five year i.e, 2020-2021 to 2024-25 Satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, for at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 63.20 Lakhs (Work Done certificate should be isuued from not below the rank of Executive Engineer with complete Indent No.)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 42.14 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc) as per the format issued by the Government Circular Dated:22.08.2022. (LOC issued by authorized Bank.)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25), executed in any one year for a continuous period of 12 months the minimum quantities of work 1. Construction of Embankment and Earthen Shoulder- 8437.51 Cum 2. GSB - 1012.50 Cum 3. WMM / WBM - 1125.00 Cum 4. Asphalt - 7500.00 Sqm and other major items. (Work Done certificate should be isuued from not below the rank of Executive Engineer with complete Indent No.)

The bidder must submit last 5 years Profit and loss account obtained from Chartered Accountant (CA) Only. Certificate issued by CA.

The Tenderer shall obtain the work done certificate in the prescribed form from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Certificate / Certificates shall be produced whenever required. Work Done certificate should be isuued from not below the rank of Executive Engineer with complete Indent No.

The Tenderer should possess valid Registration Certificate. KPWD/CPWD Class-1 License

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
