Taking up ductile iron water mains (including all fittings) of any description of pipe for cleaning/ removing deposited mud, sludge etc including burning out joints and recovering lead or gasket joint for pipes of following size :

(a) DI pipe 150 mm bore size

(b) DI pipe 100 mm bore size

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for taking out/ laying CI/GI/DI pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting road, concreate surface for laying of DI/MS pipe and making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil at a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying as in repair 150mm dia centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipes with double flanged end, class K-9 conforming to IS-8329/2000 (latest revision) with inside cement mortar lining and metalic zinc coating and outside black bitumen coating and having portland cement properties suitable for gasket joints including suitable size of rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washer but excluding specials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All same as item No 6 here in before but 100mm diameter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber gasket joint as per IS 638 for 150mm dia flanged DI pipe with gasket and suitable size of nuts, bolts and washer complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 8 here in before but for 100mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking up of old fittings and Supply and fixing DI specials class K-12 both end flanged or both end spigot/socket or one end flanged and other end spigot/socket any type such as bends, tapers, reducers, duck foot bend, tee pieces (single and double branch), etc including cutting of pipes for upto 150 mm dia ductile iron pipe as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up the following deterinated/leakage MS pipes & connected unserviceable valves, etc. of any size from trenches/ floors/walls of different sizes for replacing with necessary fittings and valves etc complete all as directed

MS pipe 150 mm bore.

MS pipe 80mm bore.

Supply and fixing MS Pipes 150 mm dia heavy grade conforming to IS 1239:1990 complete with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc including connection of pipe and valve by carrying out necessary welding, suitable size of nuts and bolts, washers etc including necessary supporting arrangement for fixing rising pipe in high rise bldg and up to 4th floor complete all as specified and directed . Note: a) Care of labours working on multistoried bldg shall be the responsibility of the contractor . (b) Pipe jointing material such as flange joints , bends, and supporting clamps on wall will be measured and paid separately. Make :- Tata/ Jindal or equivalent make.

All as per item No. 12 above but for working in 5th floor to 8th floor.

All as per item No. 12 above but for working in 9th floor to 12th floor.

Supply and fixing MS Pipes 80 mm dia heavy grade with flanged end conforming to IS 1239:1990 complete with all fittings including necessary connection of pipe, welding/jointing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing for MS Pipes 150 mm dia heavy grade conforming to IS 1239:1990 complete with all fittings laid in trenches or in ground including necessary connection of pipe, welding/jointing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing for CI Foot valve of 150 mm dia conforming to IS : 4038 as in replacement including taking up of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing CI sluice valve of 150 mm dia as in replacement including taking up of old one, conforming to IS:14846, PN 1.6 complete with matching flanges and connection with nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/ dismantling and fix as in repair Hose box made of 3mm thick MS Sheet 1000mm X 900mm X 450mm. with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 3mm thick MS sheet painted with power coated paint fire red external/interal surfaces and fixed on structural frame made up of angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with top inclined canopy in the premises of the bldg complete all as directed.

Disconnecting/ dismantling and fix in repair Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 1200mm X 900mm X 450mm. with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted with power coated paint fire red on external /internal surfaces and fixed on floor/ wall of blg including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and supply & fix hydrant valve single headed conforming to IS-5290 with 80 NB flanged inlet,63mm oblique outlet ,stainless steel (SS) body,CI hand wheel F4-200 as per IS-210,phosphor Bronze string IS-7608 complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Safex/Newage or equivalent

Disconnecting and supply and fix as in repair Rubber hose reel of 20mm dia and 30 metre length with reel drum including stainles steel (SS) shut off nozzle conforming to IS 5132 complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnecting and supply and fix as in repair 63 mm dia 15 meter long canvas non-percolating flexible delivery hose conforming to IS 636-1988 complete with SS male and female delivery coupling made conforming to IS 903 complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnecting and supply and fix as in repair Branch pipe stainless steel (SS) 63mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet,15mm bore nozzle short complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and supply & fixing as in repair SS adapter for 63 mm fire hydrant valve conforming to IS: 903 complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnectiong and supply and fixing as in repair Fire brigade inlet connection 150 mm dia, 4 way. Make : Safex/Newage/Shah engineering industries.

Supply and fixing as in repair fire hydrant stand post,made up of 80 mm dia heavy duty MS pipe,1.5 mtr height, flanged type stand post position as per site requirment including disconnecting old one, necessary earth work, new fibre board gasket and nut, bolt & washers complete all as directed

Supply and fix Gun metal Gate valve 25mm dia including taking down old unserviceable valve complete all as directed.

Supply & Fixing for MS bend 150mm dia flange type any /with angle holes, nut bolts etc complete as specified and directed.

M & L for flanged joints (complete set of two) of MS pipe 150mm dia with rubber or fibre board gasket, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 30 above but for 80mm dia pipe.

Supply and fixing for MS Air release valve of 150mm to fix on raising main of respective blocks complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for construction of masonary Inspection pit of size 1000x1000x900mm internally with burnt brick (Sub class "B") full brick thick brick work in cement mortor (1:6), 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 150mm below the ground level, 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregated) as in foundation bed with 150mm all round ofset from outer side of brick work, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinged with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron frame embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregated) as coping etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for fixing CI Sluice valve of 200mm dia confirming to IS 14846, PN 1.6 complete with matching flanges and connection with nuts bolts and rubber gaskets including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for Fire alarm control panel 8 zone complying with IS 2189, micro controller based with 32 character LCD display , inbuilt battery charger and battery with inbuilt common hooter connection point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fire alarm control panel 16 Zone complying with IS 2189, micro controller based with 32 character LCD display , inbuilt battery charger and battery with inbuilt common hooter connection point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing manual call point resettable type MS body red in colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Hooter MS body red in colour complte all as specified and directed.

M&L as in repair/replacement for control wiring of MCP and hooter with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS : 694 of size 1.5 sqmm two runs single core for phase and neutral drawn in and including PVC casing Caping of suitable size minimum 20mm dia medium grade ISI Marked complete with one run of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm single core green colour for earth continuity conductor including making good of disturbed surfaces of wall in same specification as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Proper colour code of wiring to be maintained.

Supply and fixing Mild steel angle iron 50x50x6 mm grade Fe 310-0 as in framing of channel for pump foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Non return valve 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for double layer self supporting steel scafolding to external perimeter of building duly cross braced and properly aligned for the functional aspect and safe of the building upto and including 20m height complete all as specified and as directed
